Ramen is overcooked and mushy. Total waste of money.

Ordered Og pork ramen with shoyu and vegetarian tofu ramen. We sat outside and asked for the heater to be turned on but it was broken. Well that's OK we will get warmed up by the hot soup, so we thought. The ramen soup came in somewhat lukewarm and was unflavorful. I asked the waiter to reheat it but that kind of ruined the texture of the noodles. I felt I was eating instant noodles. Overall we felt underwhelmed by the whole experience. Will not return.

Delicious food here. They explained the vegan options and allowed us to customize. Extremely well maintained restrooms and kitchen looked very clean and organized from the open window. We tried this while traveling and would love to go back there.

I am at this ramen restaurant right now! I watched the clerk make to go ramen for the customers: add some hot water, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, and 1 scoop of unknown powder in the to go box. He used scoop taste soup put in his mouth, then put it in a to go jar and stir it a few times, and taste the soup again! Then put other ingredients and noodles! God‼ ️In the future, anyone who dares to order this meal will be a warrior!
Very bland, no flavor, and rubbery noodles.
I went there the other day with a couple of friends and we just had a great time there. There's a good atmosphere, you have the possibility to both it at the bar or at a table. The inside doesn't look like a common ramen bar, it just looks more modern.
I had the og ramen (pork ramen) with tonkotsu, and it was absolutely stunning. The food was so tasty I even forgot to take pictures ?. I also had their pineapple creamy soda if I am not mistaken, and I personally don't think it has much to it, it was just a sparkling pineapple juice. I don't have anything else to say except that you should definitely go check it out !
Recently I had the pleasure of visiting The Ramen Cafe in San Clemente. The Ramen Cafe is in one of the most quaint and nostalgic centers that i have visited in San Clemente! It is truly a hidden gem. From the moment you walk into the restaurant, you enter a calming and warm home away from home and are hit with the most amazing smells coming from the kitchen. I was greeted by Cole, who helped me determine which ramen to go with. He gave me broth suggestions and even when I questioned him, he quickly offered me a sample of each! I ended up ordering the Spicy Pork Ramen with Tonkotsu broth and I can honestly say, it was the best Ramen i have ever had. The portions here are so generous and I was able to have enough to enjoy at dinner as well. My kids love the Garlic Noodles and now, i often order 2 sets of Edamame to save and snack on at home. Not only does The Ramen Cafe have amazing food, but the list of tea's is extensive and they also offer beer and wine at a very reasonable price. I had the pleasure of meeting Elly the owner who made the experience that much more enjoyable. Her team enjoy where they work and that makes a huge difference! Thank you Elly for the amazing customer service, creating a warm and amazing environment and giving me a reason to want Ramen daily!

The menu has a ramen called "Vegan Ramen" that isn't actually vegan. In the description is says it has egg, so I asked the worker and she confirmed that it did actually come with egg. So I asked to get the ramen actually vegan. The noodles were also not vegan, but K was able to get thin rice noodles instead. It tasted good but they really need to fix their menu.

Amazing! Ramen is super good! I got the OG spicy ramen, so much flavor!! The root beer is the best ever! Waiter or owner was so sweet and kind! Highly recommended this place!
Don't get fooled. The place doesn't sell Vietnamese Coffee. They have ice coffee that they serve you when you order Vietnamese coffee. It isnt strong enough, has too much creme and sugar. Pretty bad actually.
We had the OG and Spicy OG ramen, It's decent enough, maybe even the best ramen in town, but there's definitely room for improvement.

I absolutely love the spicy chicken ramen from Cafe Ramen. The broth is bursting with flavor and the noodles have a great texture. I especially appreciate that they offer a gluten free option, which makes it accessible to everyone. The staff at Cafe Ramen always cook with love and it shows in the quality of the food. It's our go to place for ramen and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious and flavorful meal.
Vegetarian options: You can order without animal protein.
Kid-friendliness: Great for kids that do not like spice, the miso option was perfect for our 9 year old.
Good quick ramen. Broth has flavor, egg’s aren’t soft boiled or marinated unfortunately. The Tonkotsu seems a little watered down, but it’s worth it for a quick fix.
