So exciting to see a gf/dairy free/refined sugar free ice cream in the area :)
This ice cream is good for what it is. I feel like the flavors I tried were really overwhelmed by the flavor of coconut, and honestly could benefit from some salt to round the flavors out, just from a culinary perspective.
The shop was very cute and clean, but the staff seemed to have limited knowledge about the flavors and struggled to tell me about the flavors I asked about...

I was so excited to have a gluten and dairy free ice cream that wasn't sweetened with cane sugar. They use coconut sugar!
I had the chocolate chip cookie dough and it was nice and creamy and the cookie pieces were perfect size.
