DO NOT GO HERE!!! I spent 240$ and we had 30% of meat. There was no meat just fat. The waiter told me the total for my family of 4 was 55$ but I guess not it was per person. I regret coming here we barely ate at all. I don’t recommend, don’t waste your money on this. Never again
Food is great. We got there at noon to get an outside table. We were served quickly.
If you're looking for a Korean BBQ spot where the air doesn’t feel like a meat sauna, 356 Korean BBQ is your answer. The ceilings are tall, the ventilation is magical, and somehow you leave full of grilled goodness without smelling like a walking brisket. A miracle.
The meats here are no joke. Just two of us powered through five or six plates like seasoned pros. Every cut was flavorful, tender, and cooked to perfection right at the table. But the real star of the show might be the cucumber kimchi. It’s fresh, crunchy, spicy, and basically a flavor bomb. Mix that kimchi sauce with your grilled meats and thank me later.
We also got the glass noodles, which were chewy, savory, and just the right amount of sweet. Basically, everything we ordered was great. (I overcooked the pork belly - but that was my own fault)
Now let’s talk about the unexpected entertainment. If you see a server with medium-length dark hair flowing from under his hat, a mustache that means business, and a confident strut that belongs on a runway, congratulations. You’ve scored dinner and a performance. (This man does not skip leg/glutes) The leg routine alone deserves its own Yelp category.
All jokes aside, the service was incredible. Everyone was kind, helpful, and on top of things without hovering. The whole experience was relaxed, flavorful, and fun.
Whether you're a KBBQ rookie or a seasoned meat lover, this place delivers on every level. Do yourself a favor and make this your next stop. And don’t forget the cucumber kimchi. Seriously.

It is all you can eat but there are only two main meats that you can get, there is a long wait but I think that it is worth it

Staff was on it the entire time!!! Good selection and variety of meats and veggies and misc.
Just make sure you cook the fatty stuff in the middle, the fat can pool & catch fire! 😯, but staff know the drill and are quick to snuff it out! Dinner & a show!

Brought the family out here to do something different for Thanksgiving and we were not disappointed. Great food, service, and great atmosphere.

We walk into this place and these people are already shooting us ugly looks. Rushing us to a table what seemed like they were just trying to get us out of there. We politely asked how the menus worked and they gave us rude service saying that we should “know” how it works before coming. Gave us our raw food and half of it wasn’t what we asked for we asked for octopus and we got beef. The dumplings were alright though but they, Then proceeded to give us a check that forced us to give a tip for their terrible service she refused to take it off. I’m never coming back here.

This KBBQ spot felt more like a noisy bar than a restaurant, making it impossible to have a conversation. The meat was overpriced for its mediocre quality (probably because there’s no other KBBQ place in mission valley area). You can tell the meat has been frozen for long time because they were dry.. People should DEFINITELY go to convoy for better, cheaper, and authentic KBBQ.
Service was great through. Definitely not worth it if you’re looking for quality food or a pleasant dining experience.

Honestly, the food was not good, I felt really sick from it, they don’t have prepared salads like other Korean barbecue places do

One of the best kbbq’s in San Diego. Service is great, you are never waiting for them to bring your meat. They will have it before you run out. They also change the grill before you having to ask. They have plenty of side dishes and everything tastes fresh!

I usually don't veer from the places I know for KBBQ but was recommended this place. The service was absolutely terrible. We had ordered stuff and had to tell the server 3 times that we were waiting for it. For a place that charges quite a bit, why are things served in paper cups and baskets? Food was decent but the last cut of meat tasted a bit weird. We ate it anyways because it said that anything leftover gets charged. The place was a bit loud as well. I'm sorry, never again

I prefer to not be so close to people at combined tables, one person away from a side distance. When other places have a divider. They only have bento boxes to go which is lame. It felt like you had to be forced to get all you can eat. Only all you can eat for dine in. Drink came way late, I was excited to try but overall disappointed.
