I am writing an honest review because I decided to give this spot a second chance and I'm so glad I did! From a family who is half Cuban and half Portuguese .. My family and I decided to eat here as we had been craving good Cuban food. The only reason I am giving it 3 stars is because the food was pretty good, however the customer service was horrible. We had never felt more ignored and mistreated in a restaurant. So, I have been here many times... with the best times being during the early hours, not rush hour. IG has made this placed packed, so be aware before you go. The service is wonderful but the food is delicious. Cuba Cuba, baby! They have this amazing family special for like $89 and it fed 8 of us. Take a look at my videos. Scrumptious.
