I love going here, however today was just not it. All I asked was..is my drink ready, and the employee gave me rude ass attitude which I didn't ask for. I Understand that he's the only one working but I asked nicely as I possibly could. Ya know wouldn't hurt to just ask. Saw my drinks laying out there as he was cleaning around. So thought maybe he forgot, I just went and ask ya know. Pissed off. Anyways I'm not asking for much but didn't need the attitude.

Everything is extremely fresh and tasty! The garlic cheese bread is surprisingly light and flavorful. Also, the mango brûlée cake is just the right amount of sweetness.

I called ahead if they had the chocolate covered strawberries that I was planning to give as gifts on my way down since I was trouble Ordering on their app .. The guy said they did and I asked if I can pay ahead over the phone so I can pick it up later. He said they have enough, no need to order over the phone so after work around 6pm, I drove there and what you know. They were all Gone ! They were pretty much out of stock of all the pastries around 6pm on a Friday so I couldn't even find a substitution gift to give. I don't live near by so that was a waste of drive.

Been in several times the past few weeks to order one coffee and the workers are always rude and act like they can't be bothered. Very awkward experiences just for ordering one thing to go.
This place is much more than a bakery with a great selection of hot and iced coffees, blended drinks and teas with a selection of good Boba toppings. This place lace is a lot better than Starbucks in my opinion. I feel sorry for the employees because the line is out the door constantly on the weekends and they are still able to give great service without an attitude and that alone is quite impressive. They definitely deserve more help which would only improve their productivity.

I absolutely love 85 degrees, I really wished we had one in Phoenix! I stop at a store at least twice every time we are in California! One time to stock up during our trip and another to bring some home!

They have the best (in my opinion) iced matcha latte with salted cold foam cream. I get mine with ZERO added sugar ( other than the foam), and it's really good. The pastries are so soft and fresh, with various filling like custard, mango, matcha, red bean ( my favorite) jalapeño and cream cheese, etc. Beautiful whole cakes and desserts, too. Lots of drink options: teas, coffee, boba, dairy alternatives. The prices are spectacular! Hopefully, they hire more people soon because there is always a line, but it goes pretty fast.

The Viet coffee was delicious. The cakes are where they shine. Love the taro desserts. The service was good. Grab a tray and just grab pastries, and go to order at the counter. This is a quick service sort of place, great for bdays. I was grateful they had candles and a little chocolate birthday sign. We thoroughly enjoyed the cake. The place got packed quickly.
