I called ahead if they had the chocolate covered strawberries that I was planning to give as gifts on my way down since I was trouble Ordering on their app .. The guy said they did and I asked if I can pay ahead over the phone so I can pick it up later. He said they have enough, no need to order over the phone so after work around 6pm, I drove there and what you know. They were all Gone ! This place is much more than a bakery with a great selection of hot and iced coffees, blended drinks and teas with a selection of good Boba toppings. This place lace is a lot better than Starbucks in my opinion. I feel sorry for the employees because the line is out the door constantly on the weekends and they are still able to give great service without an attitude and that alone is quite impressive. They definitely deserve more help which would only improve their productivity.

I love going here, however today was just not it. All I asked was..is my drink ready, and the employee gave me rude ass attitude which I didn't ask for. I Understand that he's the only one working but I asked nicely as I possibly could. Ya know wouldn't hurt to just ask. Saw my drinks laying out there as he was cleaning around. So thought maybe he forgot, I just went and ask ya know. Pissed off. Anyways I'm not asking for much but didn't need the attitude.
