I found Angry Petes Pizza on istanstgram and had to try it out. The Pizza was good but the sauce was a little sweet for my taste. The onion rings was out of this world. looking to return soon. the Mackinaw island fudge is a plus.
Pete’s doesn’t disappoint. Great fast service, incredible flavor and cheap prices for the quality you get. Also, fishing tip… I ordered too much food and we had about half a coney dog left from my nephew (not sure how with how great they tasted but we ate too much) we used it for bait and instantly got hit when the whole group was skunked all day. Foodie approved, fish certified with regret after eating the deliciousness and being hooked.
Detroit-style pizza done the way it's SUPPOSED to be! Not too greasy or dense, the perfect ingredients *chef's kiss*... everything done just right. Coney dogs too. Love the vast Faygo selection, and the staff were amazing. HIGHLY recommend!

Angry Petes Pizza serves delicious Detroit style pizza, fabulous Smash Burgers, and sides. The ambiance alone, being in an old taco bell full of arcade games free to play, is enough to keep people coming back. The pizza is the bomb diggity and equally impressive to Buddy's and the Loui's. The Spicy BBQ wings was fire. Mecca for former Michiganders with Faygo pop, all plastic bottle flavors and glass bottle flavors, even slushie Faygo, Bettermade chips, Mackinac fudge, Detroit beer, and Conies. Detroit sports all over the wall. The sliders are great too. Wonderful happy hour deals in the afternoon. The food is always consistently great. Service is friendly and always a good sport to watch on the several tv’s. Trivia on Wednesdays are fun. Good pricing.
