However, the service could use some improvement, as some servers, while polite, were not always attentive and responsive to customers' needs. For instance, during a recent Christmas brunch for a large group, drinks and food were slow, and customers had to flag down servers for coffee refills and to-go boxes. Despite these issues, the overall experience remains positive, and many customers, including those who have visited multiple times, are likely to return in the future. The lively atmosphere, enhanced by a DJ on the patio, adds to the appeal of Arlo, making it a spot worth revisiting.
