Visiting from Illinois. Took my family of 5 here for dinner. Ordered an appetizer and specifically ask that it be brought out prior to our meals (as it should be), after an extended time period the appetizer was finally brought out and 4 of oir meals literally hit the table while we were taking our first bite of the app. About 1/2 through our meals after not seeing our waitresses this entire time, I had to go outside the restaurant to find the manager and ask him to find our 5th meal. A few minutes later the waitresses showed up with the meal ( it was not fit to eat) (the rest of the food was ok at best nothing special at all) and ask if we needed anything. This was the last time we had service the entire meal. Now I will say that the Mgr took the appetizer and the 1 meal off of our bill without me asking which was appreciated. I did not leave a tip simply because I truly did not feel that a tip was deserved for this service, BIT I have NEVER had or seen a waitresses chase someone down outside and ask why they did not receive a tip.....🤦

Me and my family came to this place to have a good beach side dinner, the wait wasn’t awful, the place was packed, the problems didn’t start until we ordered.
We ordered an appetizer, that came out and they said your food will be out shortly, didn’t even give us a second before the meals came out so we didn’t get to enjoy our appetizer properly, before having to push it aside to eat our dinner. Then my whole families meals came out, and every was eating for a solid 5 minutes before my meal even came out,and it was not at all what I expected.
I bit into my food ( lobster Mac and cheese)
And the lobster tasted sour.
Our waitress came by once during this whole ordeal didn’t ask about replenishing drinks, or anything just asked if everything tasted good.
The food didn’t taste good at all, or was just bland. The service was terrible, training new staff or not it’s summer near a beach you should be properly staffed or ready for a crowd.
Then top put the cherry on top, when the waitress wasn’t tipped at all due to VERY poor service she chased us outside and asked why she wasn’t tipped, and had an attitude.
Tip is based on service which was awful.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND
The food was ok. Prices were good. Server was great. I didn't realize we came during happy hour until after we ordered, so they may have been extra busy.

Outside ambience was good . Drinks were not so great and not too pricey too . Staff was very friendly and welcoming . As their kitchen was closed , they allowed me to get food from other place and dine in as I bought drinks .
