Pacific Beach AleHouse Reviews
AMAZING!! Maris was a great server. Food was jaw-dropping — especially the French Onion soup which was phenomenal. We will totally be back - A+ atmosphere, service and food!!
Great rooftop bar! Food and beer were delicious!
Stopped by here with my sons, and we were very happy! Our waiter arrived immediately, and was super friendly and helpful with the menu. The fish tacos were the bomb, and we also added some sweet potato fries, which were done just right. The casual beachy atmosphere and ambience were delightful. Highly recommended!

Pacific Beach AleHouse is a lively restaurant near the beach, celebrated for its pleasant staff and unique atmosphere. It features a popular rooftop dining area, perfect for enjoying delicious lobster nachos and generous fish and chips. Standout dishes include haddock cod, giant pretzels, fried pickles, and birria tacos. Many customers appreciate the ocean view from the patio, especially on nice days when heaters are available. The staff is friendly and accommodating, ensuring guests have a great experience.
Customers enjoy a $15 Monday meal deal that includes a burger and a beer, with ocean wave views enhancing the experience. While the burger may taste like a typical restaurant offering, the included beer and beachside atmosphere make it worthwhile for a casual stop. The restaurant is a classic beachside spot known for good bar food and vibes, making it great for groups. The dining area is open late, accommodating travelers with late-night cravings.
The menu offers a variety of beers, cocktails, and wines, including options like a Japanese lager and half-pound burgers. Although prices are slightly higher, the quality of food and service makes it worth a visit. Customers have enjoyed truffle fries and burgers, noting they are simple yet well-cooked. The relaxed beachside vibe, clean environment, and good service contribute to a pleasant dining experience. However, visitors should be prepared for parking challenges in the area, as finding a spot can be difficult. Be aware of the 4% San Diego gratuity charge.
