Mediocre sandwiches at best. We had the Hoi An special and grilled beef. The grilled beef banh mi was made from shredded bits of beef. The Hoi An special was good. However, the bread was too hard for the roof of my mouth. I recommend going to A Chau instead.

Reasonable prices. Watch for hidden charges on checkout with the way their payments are set up if you're from out of country

Flavorful sandwich—solid 8/10—and the egg rolls didn’t disappoint at 7/10. Pro tip: grab takeout, pair it with a Latitude 33 Blood Orange IPA, and boom, your day is instantly better. Thank me later!

It has a nice atmosphere.
I didn't really like the dish I ordered, should have tried something else.
Unfortunately the bathroom is really awful.

If you’re looking for authentic delicious Vietnamese food…this is your spot!
I am from the Bay Area where there is a plethora of good Vietnamese food. I’ve been on the hunt to find a great spot here in SD and I strongly believe this is the one.
I think I finally found the Best pho and banh mi spot in San Diego. I know that’s a big statement, but I mean it 100%.
All of our food came out piping hot and all the flavor was there.
I ordered the crispy tofu banh mi ($8.95), my husband got the grilled chicken banh mi ($8.95) and my toddler had a small beef bowl of pho which contained thin slices of beef, rice noodles and vegetables ($13.47). Plus two yummy cups of jasmine tea ($2.70 each). The broth surprised us the most because of how tasty it was.
I met with the owner who is also a cook here, he told me the broth is marinated with beef bone for more than twenty hours.
I absolutely loved how much flavor is packed into each dish. My tofu was cooked perfectly, crispy on the outside, soft and delicate on the inside.
Even my picky toddler approves this restaurant.
The total of our meal came out to $40. Which is soo affordable compared to other restaurant prices in San Diego.
The staff was very attentive and kind. There is seating inside and outside. I think the seating area inside could use some remodeling and updating, but other than that — this is a spot is perfect.
Vegetarian options: Tofu banh mi is a great choice!!
Parking: Parking in the back
Kid-friendliness: Spacious. High chairs available

I've tried a dozen places across San Diego.
Nothing beats their pho and banh mi. Their broth is so flavorful!

Love getting the Bahn mi pho dip and summer rolls. We go out of our way to eat here because it's so consistently good. The staff is attentive, and the service is quick. It's a really easy spot for a quick bite. Fairly priced

My favorite place to get Pho to go! Really can't go wrong with this spot. The folks that work there are always so pleasant. The pho filet mignon broth is truly unbelievable, so much flavor. And the price is great especially because its a hearty portion that I can usually have for dinner and remaining for lunch the next day.

Friendly people.
Unfortunately, pho broth is yuck.
Tastes like a powder, not real pho taste.
My opinion of Midway three pho shops:
Not good. Very mediocre.
There is an authentic pho taste and broth
in San Diego, but it's on 28th street,
a block from the trolley, next to Del Taco.
That is the best tasting pho in this city.

The food was so good and fresh! The people were very nice too when they took my order. If you're craving a good Banh Mi or Vietnamese food in general, this is the place to go ?
