This was my second time going to Desi's after being introduced by a friend and let me tell ya, this place is my go-to for a drink. The bartender Gar recognized me after being there only ONCE and he is super cool. I ordered my usual Jameson and coke while we talked about when the cold weather would let up. I also nibbled on some potato wedges which are amazingly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. That's when I spied that they also make Detroit style deep dish pizza....read full review

I'm a huge fan of dive bars and this place doesn't disappoint! It has a great vibe with delicious food supplied by Angry Pete's Detroit Pizza and authentic Coney dogs. If you've never had one, you're in for a treat. The only way to describe them is to go and taste them! Very friendly staff and patrons with two pool tables and a dart board. Definitely recommend checking it out.

Great chill dive bar, LGBT+ friendly, fast service, the bartender/part-owner Gar is nice and remembers regulars. A couple of vegan options - great fries. They have Faygo soda and pool tables too.
