I ordered a Baskin Robbins custom cake online for a graduation party in San Diego. The order was placed 3 days in advance through the official Baskin Robbins website. I received an email confirmation and my credit card was charged.
When I arrived at the Baskin Robbins store after driving nearly 3 hours, I was told they never received the online cake order. No cake. No order. No solution. This completely ruined my friend’s graduation party.
Baskin Robbins online ordering system failed. The customer service was outsourced overseas, unhelpful, and completely incapable of resolving the issue. I was given scripted apologies and zero accountability.
Baskin Robbins took my money, failed to fulfill the cake order, and left me scrambling with no options hours before an important event. Completely unacceptable experience with Baskin Robbins San Diego.
I strongly recommend others avoid using Baskin Robbins online ordering for custom cakes or special events. Extremely unreliable. Do not trust Baskin Robbins for important occasions.

Every time I visit this location the worker is so rude and unpleasant like we’re burdening him. They’re also “out of milk” every time I have come, weeks and months apart between visits they can’t do milkshakes because “there’s no milk” and their “boss doesn’t buy them any” better off going to Bobboi or Cold Stone

ordered a special cake for my son's bday with his photo printed on top of it days before pickup time and then an hour before picking up the cake I got a message saying "printer broken and won't be fixed for a week"!!! Person that I talked to did not seem to care at all that this was a big disapointment and the reason I ordered from them in the first place

This is a Saturday & since i have sat here reading sign on door that some one had to write, you have lost 4 customers.This is NOT a way to run a business. I wish they would reopen one in Pacific Beach. Had one for decades. Am not driving across town. Guess Mr Frosty in PB will get my business today. Bad management Probably never returning. Too far to drive in traffic for it always to be closed.. you ruined my day & my dogs day.

This Baskin Robbins stole from me. I recommended that you do NOT go to this location. I’ve struggled with getting them to answer the phone after they charged me for an order they ended up not fulfilling. Even after I managed to get in touch with someone twice regarding a refund, they simply did not do it.
