ordered a special cake for my son's bday with his photo printed on top of it days before pickup time and then an hour before picking up the cake I got a message saying "printer broken and won't be fixed for a week"!!! Person that I talked to did not seem to care at all that this was a big disapointment and the reason I ordered from them in the first place

2nd time in a few months, closed due to staffing. You mean you are going out of business???? This is a Saturday & since i have sat here reading sign on door that some one had to write, you have lost 4 customers.This is NOT a way to run a business. I wish they would reopen one in Pacific Beach. Had one for decades. Am not driving across town. Guess Mr Frosty in PB will get my business today. Bad management Probably never returning. Too far to drive in traffic for it always to be closed.. you ruined my day & my dogs day.

This Baskin Robbins stole from me. I recommended that you do NOT go to this location. I’ve struggled with getting them to answer the phone after they charged me for an order they ended up not fulfilling. Even after I managed to get in touch with someone twice regarding a refund, they simply did not do it.
I have never been so disrespected as Victor was with me today when picking up my order. As soon as I made a little complete about the writing he completely got an attitude with me and then proceeds to tell me the writing looks good to him. Starts to walk away from me to help another customer I ask to speak with a manager he tells me he is the only one there I ask for a number to call he says his manager would tell me the same thing. It wasn't even the cake I ordered because apparently, the cake decorator was off. I said if the cake decorator is off my suggestion would be that others there covering should practice writing a little bit more so it's a little nicer. I told him it was just a suggestion coming from a customer. Then he pressed to tell me to get out motioning me with his hand. So my son and I left but before I left the parking lot I called the 1-800 number and made a formal complaint. I'm telling you if my son wasn't with me and it wasn't his birthday I would have asked for a refund. To be honest it doesn't even look like it's a half-sheet cake and what I ordered. The writing is not that bad it's his name I wasn't happy with and when paying $50 for a cake I was just hoping for a little nicer writing

The absolutely worst employees. No pride in their work. No respect. Go to ANY OTHER Baskin Robbins. They never pick up the phone and they charged me for an order they couldn’t fulfill.
