Lovely but older side of the hotel. Clean and beautiful views overlooking the harbor from your balcony room.

The lounge however needs much work. I came to dine in although there was only ONE person in the entire restaurant on a Sunday afternoon.

I ordered potato skins with lemon pepper wings and a glass of Pinot Grigio. I’m not sure why the cook took it upon themselves to DROWN the wings in lemon pepper. Because I was very hungry, I shook off what I could but had to ask the manager to recook what I couldn’t eat. The potato skins were ok but would have been great if the bacon on them didn’t taste like it was a day or so old.

Overall I can see why this place is empty on a Sunday. Folks in the area know what I found out today, which is I’m NOT eating here again because apparently the cook doesn’t care what they put out. Even the waiter came over to me and said he looked at the wings and he wasn’t sure why the cook did that to them. Lastly, the MANAGER was the one that bought my food out. Where is your sense of QUALITY CONTROL? One look at the wings and it’s clear there was too much lemon pepper on the wings.

I am disappointed to give this review because I try to use this platform to BOOST business. In this case, I cannot recommend coming here. I mean if one can’t get chicken wings right, why bother with anything else on the menu?

If you come here, please let me know your thoughts.

The breakfast is on point here, wow. Which is much better than the other Sheraton rrstaurants across the way. Service is friendly and the food are delicious. The most polite people I've dealt with so far here in San Diego. Mahalo

Currently staying here as I type this and have tried to reach the front desk 3 times, not once did the call get answered. Absolutely garbage customer service, will now be checking out tomorrow in search of a hotel which actually values their guest.

Horrible customer service here.

We really enjoyed hanging here after our busy days to have some cocktails a nibbles. The pizza was very good. My 4 year old fell in love with Donny, more and more each night during our stay. He was kind, courteous, attentive, answered our questions of what we should do the next day.

Depending on which tower you stay it may be a little dated, however, you can’t beat the top notch customer service and views! Will definitely stay again in the future! Keep up the great work!

Great view, but smell of urine in the entrance is not welcoming.

I had thanksgiving dinner here last night and was served by Benito and the new expo, Rebecca, it was the best meal and service I could have ever wanted.

This morning I came down from my room to have only a coffee while overlooking the water. I got a coffee from the bar where Lisset was working then decided to take a table by the windows in what turned out to be Arturo’s section but was never approached or asked if I would like a menu, was not given ice water and my coffee went empty twice without any communication from Arturo.

Lisset went out of her way to come from behind the bar down into the dining room into another server’s section to make sure that I was taken care of, I appreciated that! In my professional service industry experience when a guest sits down at your table, in your section, but is treated unwelcome it is not in the appropriate in hospitality to treat a guest this way. All guests deserve a uniform experience from $1 to $1000 Lisset made sure of that, while Arturo did not.

The worst Sheraton worldwide; bad services; dirty and old facilities; presence of insects

Wow, for Marriott property, this place needs an upgrade! If it wasn't for the view, this place would have gotten a 1 star. Come on, popcorn ceiling, carpet feels moist all the time, outdated outlets, bathroom sink is handicap height, mold on ceiling and rusted light fixture and the beds are super high. On top of it all undrinkable in room coffee that isn't Starbucks, but they provide Starbucks cups lol
The Bay Tower pool isn't very big, and plan on tons of screaming kids. Hilton next door is nicer, but I wanted to get my Marriott points. Won't bother in the future!

Love staying here! Lizette at the coffee bar in the morning is such a delight! So friendly and inviting! I look forward to staying here almost monthly because of her friendliness and of course the location is great too!

Foul. Guests should NOT be booked on the first floor, it feels like a basement with a dingey smell and dim lights…. It feels like you’re in a horror movie. But seriously, the room smells odd, there are exposed wires all around the TV and mini fridge, the room is ON the sidewalk, and there was a roach in my bathroom. The staff was very friendly and luckily the bed was comfortable, but this hotel needs a SERIOUS facelift. I was so disappointed.

I am a food snob, this place was killer. I tried Chilean salmon, tomato basil soup, cheesecake, and some Roasted chicken. It was all better than good. Kudos chefs

Good place to unwind and have dinner if your staying at the hotel. Above average for hotel dining.

I just spent one terrible night there last night: first the heater was not working properly and we were extremely cold all night as a draft was coming through the window all night - very old wooden made windows where you can hear planes taking off and landing as if they were in the room!! Additionally, no hot water in the bathroom. Despite a very nice maintenance person coming over to help the heater still did not work as needed. To conclude, in the morning we are sent to the Marina tower for breakfast as the executive lounge was apparently still open but arriving there we realize we cannot go up with our key room from the bay Tower. We go to the reception to rectify this detail...then go up and the breakfast had stopped 1.5h before...we went there for nothing! So frustrating stay, I will never stay there EVER! Shame on Marriott to not maintain properly this property and still charge guests full price!

Sat on the patio and was served by Kevin who was excellent. I had a bowl of the tortilla soup and it was phenomenal. The cherry on top was enjoying it on the patio overlooking the water. Highly recommend.
