Great service and food was excellent. Only downside was it felt a bit cafeteria like cause the lights were so bright.

I was staying at the hotel, of which this restaurant is a part, and I was looking for a good dinner spot. While there are several in the area, I opted for this one because it had good reviews and I was so TIRED. I wanted to sit outside because it has a very nice outdoor seating area, but it was a little too chilly so I moved inside. I started out with a Manhattan - I opt for a higher brand bourbon at home, but I gambled on the house bourbon and it was a winner. For dinner, I had the short ribs, and the accompanying salad and corn muffin were delicious. The salad had super crispy greens and roasted slivered almonds, which def elevated it. The short ribs were fantastic - not too fatty, and the gravy wasn't too salty. I had the house Merlot with dinner and again picked a winner. The service was impeccable. Bayside Bar is overall a great pick, and the fact that it is part of a hotel is fantastic for us exhausted travelers. One note; the parking lot pays to park for hotel guests, so I assume they charge for restaurant guests as well.

Parking: Limited street parking.

It's a quaint smaller hotel restaurant. The service is outstanding, nice, friendly, and helpful staff. The food is surprisingly good, especially for the prices. It is also well maintained and clean. Have opted here over some close establishments after trial and error.

The restaurant is on the small side but there is good outdoor seating as well. The person who took my order was very pleasant, unlike the one who seemed to be bothered by me checking on the status of my food after more than 30 minutes of waiting. (I was told 15-20 minutes) The flatbread was very good. My bowl of chicken tortilla soup had a good flavor but had ZERO chicken. For the $16 cost of a bowl of soup, I was very disappointed it had no chicken.

I say at the bar. Bartenders were not very friendly or attentive. They seemed a little flustered when a group of about 10 arrived and started asking for drinks. A gentleman ordered the exact same cocktail as me, and the drinks were made differently. The tacos were ok and came out fast. Mahi-mahi was overcooked, but the salsa was good. I ate and left in 15 minutes.

Great food and great local! Right across the street from the marina and the food is very good! My favorite plates is the short ribs and the salmon.
