Point Loma Cafe Reviews
This has been a "go-to" place for years ever since it was just a coffee shop. Atmosphere is a little more up-scale for breakfast which makes it nice for guests. Evening has an open patio, limited hours. PARKING IS VALIDATED1
Our first time dinning our breakfast skillets are delicious. Service are quick and making we have enough hot coffee ☕.
Connected to a Doubletree hotel. Had to pay for parking. Breakfast burrito and French toast were delicious.

Point Loma Cafe is a true gem in San Diego, offering a delightful experience with delicious food and outstanding service. This stand-alone restaurant is known for its quiet and clean atmosphere, making it a nice spot for breakfast or coffee. The San Diego Breakfast Tea remains a must-try, with a rich and full-bodied taste. The Ube Pandesol and traditional French pastries are still visually appealing and scrumptious. While the chicken fried steak, monte cristo sandwich, and biscuits and gravy are recommended dishes, recent changes to the menu have caused some disappointment among guests. The fluffy biscuits, likened to clouds, continue to be a highlight. The friendly staff, including Irene, who has been there for over 20 years, provide attentive service, adding to the pleasant experience. With great prices compared to other places in the touristy area, Point Loma Cafe is a perfect stop to brighten anyone's day, though there may be a wait during busy times.
