They alway forgetting some my order and I’m sick of it and they never answer the phone
Soggy fries, Big Mac patty was like thin hockey puck. My fillet of fish looked like it barely made it on the bun. So frustrating.
Disappointing experience this morning. I came to redeem a reward from the McDonald’s app that stated I could receive one free eligible menu item. An iced coffee was listed as one of the eligible items, so I gave the cashier my code when I ordered. I was still charged for the coffee, and when I politely asked about it at the window, the cashier seemed frustrated and started offering breakfast sandwiches instead.
