Nordstom has lots of different F&B concepts in all their stores. I highly recommend for you to try them all. Service is always good. Everyone is friendly. Food comes out really fast. They typically have not only the soup of the day but they have chef specials everyday so the menu is never boring. At this location of Bazille I’ve been three times and all have been good. We always get the cilantro chicken tacos and the French onion soup . Both are amazing and will not disappoint. Occasionally I’ll get Cocktail or beer. Those are all solid, we usually also get cookies for dessert or take them home. Nordstrom has the best cookies as well. We will be back!!

My friend took me here for lunch as part of my birthday celebration. Our server, James was LOVELY and took great care of us! Salads were yummy. Even the coffee was excellent! Hostess and manager lovely.

The food is excellent! its almost a secret hideaway of quiet at the mall! The only issue was - there was only one server for the whole place so the bartender and looks like management had to jump in. All went seamlessly but a bit of a wait to get attention.

Bazille is a nice corner restaurant to grab a quick bit in my opinion. Staff are quite friendly and nice. You’ll the place to have a nice vibe to it. The food is also okay a little bit to the greasy side i would say which might be what you need sometimes.Parking: Bazille is inside the Nordstrom building inside the west field mall. The mall has a free parking for the first two hours.

Came here for the first time with a coworker of mine of lunch and it did not disappoint! Luckily it was a nice day and we sat on the balcony outside that looks over the mall.They have a happy hour menu that we got tomatoes with burrata. Very light flavorful dish! We both got the berry ginger smash for drinks and it was probably the best non alcoholic drink I've ever had. I got the the French dip and she got the mushroom ravioli. French dip was sooooo good, the bread was toasted to perfection and was easy to bite into. The French dip came with fries and a blue berry aioli. Shoe string fries will always have a place in my heart. The dip was very flavorful as well and not watered down. Overall 10/10 dish.Mushroom ravioli was on the sweeter side with a nice creamy white sauce. I would give it a 8/10, nothing crazy but not underwhelming.The three times that I have came here the service was a little slow but they were nice.

Bazille is a nice relaxing place to eat. Service was very good. Food was a little too salty for my palate but still enjoyable. The crostini with the salad was too hard for me to bite and a replacement was brought which was a little better. The French fries with the burger was very well seasoned and good.

The Bazille in Nordstrom La Jolla was a fantastic meal with a nice ambiance on their outdoor second floor patio. Definitely recommend stopping in whether shopping at Nordys or in the outdoor mall overall. Definitely take advantage of the Valet parking; it is very convenient and not pricey at all compared to the standard self parking that's a ways away. No resy required. Had plenty of tables available both inside and outside. Definitely would recommend outside patio if not too warm. Roasted tomato basil with crostini, salmon Caesar salad, and lime cilantro tacos were winners for sure!! Good wine list and cocktails.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in San Diego! I haven't had a single dish that I don't like, but my absolute favorite is the salmon and couscous. The service is always good and the atmosphere is lovely, especially when you sit outside- it has a nice view of the mall, great for people watching when the weather is nice. If you are ever feeling hungry while shopping, this place is a must!!

We ordered "The best part of French Onion Soup", a crispy chicken sandwich, and off the brunch menu chicken sausage biscuits and gravy.After waiting what seemed like quite a long time, we asked the waiter if we were not going to get the appetizer before the meal, that we would like to just cancel it. Apparently, they had to remake it, which is fine, except that when they served it, it was cold.The biscuits were ok, the gravy with chicken sausage had a bit of an odd taste and aroma to it. The potatoes were cold and limp.The Chicken sandwich was not comparable to a "fast food" chicken sandwich, like a Popeye's or KFC. It did not have a great amount of flavor (I really do like Pimento Cheese!) There was no crisp to the breading/skin, the chicken did not taste seasoned.We were not asked if we wanted refills or checked on until after we had finished. The waiter was very nice and apologized for the service (we had not stated anything in regard to it).
