One of the few remaining espresso spots in the Westfield Mall
Excellent service and exceptional attention to detail. The barista Otto was friendly, funny, knowledgeable, and consistently prepared excellent drinks. Definitely one of the best in San Diego!!
Already loved La Colombe in general, but the guy behind the counter at this one really just took it to another level. I believe his name was Otto(?) but he said people just call him “the extremely Italian guy” lol

La Colombe Coffee is a popular spot, offering nice coffee from a well-known brand. The coffee is worth it, with great service and a variety of options, including draft oat lattes and mochas. They also have a selection of teas. The hot Mocha with Oat Milk is a popular choice, with perfect temperature and beautiful latte art. While it may not be suitable for those who prefer sweeter drinks, the bitterness can be adjusted to taste. The team is always super kind. They’ve had some intriguing seasonal flavors that have blown customers away. Their pastry selection is incredible, with olive oil cake or almond croissant available, and gluten free pastries too. The only negative opinion is of their chai tea latte, it could definitely be improved.
