Dropped by to pick up some Coffee capsules. There are a lot of choices. We went with nine different ( several new choices "Infinitely ") I'm excited to try them out. The employees there are really nice. I love how the store is clean and welcoming.
We went into the nespresso boutique because our machine was not working very well anymore. It was over five years old and we used it at least twice a day everyday. We knew the coffee was just not tasting how it should anymore. We talked to the guys working that day who were so kind and helpful. They helped us understand the best option and what machine we should get. We ended up getting the Vertuo Plus and are so happy. Thanks so much for helping us enjoy our coffee again!

Trying again to post my review ! I usually shop at the Bloomingdale's location but was at this mall the other day. Im glad I stopped by , I received the most in depth and best service I've yet to experience at nespresso. I really appreciated Carlos , he was very thorough and attentive and I learned new facts about my favorite coffees that I had never known before ! You really do learn something new everyday !
