The remodel looks fantastic. I had a great experience here. The customer service was fantastic. Purchased about $50. I spoke with Brian and the manager that was on duty at the moment. They were friendly and very quick.
Large size iced americano 5.25$
Really disappointed drove all the way down here from Oceanside 45 minutes, and for some reason they were closed today it wasn’t online. Apparently they’re doing construction.

Based on the reviews, Nespresso Boutique La Jolla is a very busy place with a new virtual queueing system where customers must sign in upon entry, though sometimes this is not clearly communicated. Some customers found the staff, particularly associates named Vincent and Narine, to be incredibly warm, knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. One customer praised Narine for her welcoming demeanor, exceptional hospitality, and for making the experience truly special. Another noted that Vincent offered great recommendations and that part of the proceeds go to farmers in Puerto Rico. However, other reviews describe significant issues. One customer waited almost an hour to buy a machine that was initially said to be in stock but was not, and a promised military discount was not added. Another customer felt the system allows staff to prioritize certain customers, as someone who signed in later was called first. While the workers were described as nice, mistakes with inventory, discounts, and mailing addresses led to wasted time, with one customer stating they are never returning.
