Probably one of,if not my favorite spot in SD to grab a bagel and coffee. My go to is usually the veggie melt, an iced Madagascar Vanilla latte with almond milk and chocolate croissant. There's plenty of options for meat lovers, vegetarians and vegans. Theres something for everyone,smoothie ,juice and coffee fanatics. You can even opt for an açaí bowl if you aren't up to a bagel. It gets super packed but the workers are always so kind,patient and working as efficient as possible.

Ordered two bagels with vegan cream cheese and received two bagels with eggs and meat and cheese. We didn't check them until we walked home so I walked back and asked for a replacement. The worker really tried to give me the old bagels from 30 minutes before that had been sitting there. They were nice when I asked for new ones but the concern here is that I watched them put the bag of meat bagels on the line and serve them to other people... after they were brought home with us and walked... that is so disgusting I'm honestly not sure I will be eating the replacement bagels I received because WHERE DID THEY COME FROM!! Update: I decided to try it and I'm almost positive they gave the old bagels back after having me wait 5 minutes, they're cold and stale. It also tastes like real cream cheese and not vegan cream cheese so we won't be eating it to be safe. I walked there and back twice and still didn't get the right food LOL. Disappointing! :(

Great bagel spot in the area. Bagels are on point. Love me a jalapeno cream cheese which is heartd to find and theirs is great. Ice tea isn't bad either. Usually get a sausage, egg, cheese with cream cheese

Wanted to try this place. They came up at the top of my search for Pork Roll. Pictures of the food look appetizing. Saw the Jersey Shore sandwich. That is where my heart sank. No self-respecting Jersey Shore native would ever call pork roll, dare I say it... taylor ham. Oy Vey! There is no such thing as taylor ham for over 118 years. Thanks, but no thanks I'll pass...

It's fine. Service is a bit slow. Bagels are fine. Nothing crazy or anything. Comparable to Ralph's bagels.

I recently bought a chicken salad sandwich for $10, and it was a bit of a ripoff. There was maybe 2-3 ounces of chicken salad in the sandwich - not enough at any price point, especially bad when a bagel on its own costs about $2 there.Skip the deli sandwiches, I guess. Bagels are awesome, breakfast sandwiches and coffee are good.

I love NY style bagels! The bagels here are very big and chewy. I was not a fan of the bagels at all. Maybe I'd try a sandwich on bread next time. Friendly service. Decent size menu. If you like NY style bagels, I wouldn't go here... If you like big chewy bagels you may enjoy this place...

I often try to steer clear to this area of Hillcrest because the parking lot can be mayhem, but thankfully, I got here early enough to beat the crowd! Even then, there was already a long line inside. They are great about coming down the line to take orders before you pay to help speed up the process. I ordered an everything bagel with smoked salmon and got my husband a bacon, egg and cheese bagel. Pretty solid. Size is huge. The bagels are so thick that they didn't get quite as toasty as I usually like them, but they were good.
Went in today, the bagel was so NOT good charged me $2.50 for cream cheese but put only cream cheese on one side. Egg tastes like it’s been microwaved. NEVER

I ordered ahead w plenty of time for pick up, hadn’t even started my order prior to my arrival 20 min later - received my food without the $5(!!) cream cheese I added & called to receive refund & they don’t answer the phone!! Riddle me what the value here is
