&bar is such a fantastic place for cocktails, and when the kitchen is open to order from Barrel & Board, the charcuterie is so fresh and delicious. Some of the best bartenders in Hillcrest, and the vibe is always so welcoming.
Absolutely a breath of fresh air on a strip of bars between Rich's and Flicks (two bars/dance clubs that get absolutely PACKED wednesdays-sundays). It's a tiny bar, but the pièce de ré·sis·tance to this place is their 8pm-10pm HAPPY HOUR. You're thinking "oh it's probably a well special," WELL, you're wrong! The former tacos libertad and caché speakeasy is back! Now called the boardroom soiree. It still has all the same beautiful French style giant chandeliers, toulouse-lautrec drawings on the walls, dripping candles.
