Wow! Wow! Wow! Had the white chicken chili and what a fabulous eating experience!! The flavor was so warm and delicious with a kick of heat. Chunks of chicken, peppers, and beans in a broth that was so complex it tasted as if it was cooking for days. One of the best I've ever had!

This is a very convenient grocery store in mission beach. They have a great selection of groceries.I do not like leaving bad reviews, but I would pass on the made to order breakfast foods. We did not try the bowls, but we had the breakfast sandwiches and the avocado toast and I would not recommend…

Came to visit for the weekend and decided to stop by. Steve was so great and friendly. This market is big, convenient and nicely stocked. No need to leave the beach area to get any missing groceries. My açaí bowl was AMAZING!!!!! My go to place for groceries and breakfast.

Great option for visitors. ACAI bowls! Plus many of the pastries are local made. It's inside a well stocked market so you can also pick up groceries and beverages. Then walk across the street for your caffeine fix.

Amazing smash burgers are to be had at The Beach Bowles & Boozy Shakes pop-up at The Pennant Bar in South Mission Beach until January 18th, 2023. Choose any 3 mix ins on your self made burger… I did onions, jalapeños and mushrooms and dressed it with 1000 Island! Literally melt in your mouth good! Also dress a classic shake with your shot of choice including butterscotch schnapps or Baileys and more! We will be coming back almost every day for the pop up!

Beach bowels is in the Pennant right now making smash burgers. This is a must to try if you haven’t. This is the best burger i have ever eaten and i have eaten burgers all around the world. Do not pass up these burgers!!!

I ordered avocado toast. As I watched the avocado being squeezed from a tube, the disappointment began. Here I am in California home of the avocado getting avocado toast with tube guacamole. Unfortunately it didn’t get better from there. From spices dumped evenly on it to not enough avocado to begin with to just tasting horrible, it was inedible. Really disappointed.
