beyond rude
Had a big multi scoop icecream in a chocolate covered waffle cone.
Pretty sure I need to exercise for two days straight to burn the calories, but it was soooo good.
Quite expensive, but that's to be expected.
Chocolate chip cookie dough. Mmmmmmmm! Best ice at an even better location. Can’t go wrong. Indulge!
25$ for 2 cups of ice cream is insane. Great ice cream though
Didint accept voucher
The ice cream was marginal and the price was insanely high.
Just one cup of butter pecan ice cream cost over $13
That's ridiculous and the ice cream was light on flavor. HIGH PRICE and LOW FLAVOR- Terrible experience
Ben & Jerry's didn't disappoint! Yum! Chunky monkey!
Pricing was interesting, for a single scoop it was $10+ while you could buy the same flavor (in a pint) for $5.29 at target.
They did have non-dairy options, I’m a personal fan of the oat milk chocolate chip they have, and it was hand scooped there.
But why the mark up? Maybe it’s for convenience and location? Not sure but while I love supporting the brand I’m not recommending it when there are other near by place selling desserts for cheaper.
Staff promised validation to exit parking lot. Did not keep promise.
Enjoyed delicious ice cream with a 2-for-1 coupon. The service was friendly and offered several samples before we decided on our selections. Knocked a star off since the price is ridiculously expensive for ice cream, even with a coupon.

Great service a true American company
Love ben and jerry's ice cream. But this location, at seaport village is very expensive.
Beyond rude man working there. I’ve worked in the food service industry for years and a smile and politeness is the bare minimum you owe customers. wow. do better
Ben & Jerry’s is one of the best Ice creams ever. My only complaint could be that there is only one location in San Diego. They could open a store in North County like Carlsbad or Encinitas and do well.
SUPER expensive, but delicious! One scoop is $9.50, waffle cones start at $2.50, etc. I mean…you’re definitely paying for the atmosphere/experience, so just be mindful. The service was very friendly.
