It's been a long time since Ben & Jerry's was no longer available in Japan. I received a small size dessert. But if you were in Japan, you'd have about 3 portions of this.

This was my first time visiting and I have to say, this is my new favorite ice cream place! The staff were quick and attentive, helpful with questions, and happy. It’s refreshing to see workers that seem to enjoy their place of employment. I got the salted caramel dipped waffle cone with phish food, and it did NOT disappoint! My husband had a custom sundae that looked absolutely amazing, and from the fact that he was practically licking the inside of the cup to get the last of it out, I’d say it didn’t disappoint either. ? So many classic Ben and Jerry’s flavors, I truly had a hard time choosing! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
Kid-friendliness: They helped my kids pick out what they wanted and genuinely seemed glad to help. My kids loved it!
The ice cream was awesome, as well as the service. They handled the busy lines and were super respectful!

I had the best service at this Benin. And jerry's, than I've had any ice cream store. I have celiac disease and when I told the server, he changed his gloves, got a fresh scooper, and scooped my ice cream from a brand new ice cream carton.
