I went here and the workers are so rude. this is the rudest and worst better buzz ever. They are literally racist And disgustingly mean here. I came and the lady taking orders was already rude and looked like she hated her life when taking our orders. She acted as if we were wasting her time and were annoying all I wanted to do was look at the menu. And then when we rolled up to the window the lady did not say one word at the cashier and just took our money and do not even give us our change back. She is lucky it was only a dollar of change left. We grabbed one of the cups on the shelf to look at it and possibly buy it and the lady stared at us as if we were going to steal it. I don’t know why they act like this I have been going to this better buzz for years and been living in point loma all my life. I have never encountered such rude workers that Would stare at us as if we are different. I felt racially profiled here, seriously. I want a call immediately about this service.

This place was popular on a weekday in the afternoon! They ran out of a few things but didn’t change our attitude about this cute spot! Honey latte and açaí bowls were 5 star! Staff was friendly and smiling, genuinely!

Coffee and food were good but I don’t recommend ordering take out from here if you’re in a rush. This location only offers 4 parking spots, and despite a few of them having a 10 min limit, no one actually monitors them… and finding street parking is impossible. So even though you order pick up, you end up having to wait in the normal drive thru line to get your order…
It would be nice if they considered adding a serious “pick up only” spot.

stopped in today first time customer to see what all the excitement was about.
tried to buy 3 bags of holiday coffee to take back to my employees.
three signs said 25 percent off with 2 or more purchased.
bought 3 and was given the retail price
when ask about promo said you must download the app.
ok no problem right?
wrong then the went on to say it was for a limited time offer. so I got my money back and left. Looked like a fun place. won't return

This used to be my go to coffee shop whenever I came to SD. Not anymore. In the past month I've tried to order something to eat with my coffee and was told "Sorry, we are not doing food today"..... I'll just stop at Starbucks right up the street where they actually offer the whole menu.

I wasn't fond of the coffee. Got a cappuccino with honey. Coffee tasted super acidic and not fresh. Didn't taste much honey either so had to add sugar. The staff wasn't super friendly either. I will be sticking to Starbucks.

Aren't you supposed to give them your name for them to call you to get your drink. Other than not being acknowledged when I get here and the rude service 😒. I pray 🙏🏽🙏🙏🏽 they didn't spit in my drink. All I was trying to do was give you my money for an over priced drink. You don't have to be rude about anything. I tried this place as I was visiting the area..it's big on tik tok and a pretty popular place...keep in mind that some businesses fall fast bc of poor service and bad attitudes...if you want to keep your good name in the business you have to do better....I know it's a lot of kids in that you employee but they need to do better.

I do want to say that the guy who took my order was pretty good customer service and one of the ladies did acknowledge me after waiting a while...but other than that just a bunch of people running around not saying anything smiling or anything...kinda like rude robots. Or maybe it was racism....I don't want to say that bc I don't know....but do better please 🙏🙏🏽🙏

Stopped in for the first time today. It's a cool spot but has a chain vibe. I was a little worried I was going to get more of a latte than a cappuccino, but it was actually pretty good. I was also pleasantly surprised that the egg and bacon sandwich was good too. There is a drive through here, but the walk in space is very nice too.
