I called in to see if they would make the Açaí Bowl for me with half almond milk and half apple juice :D The girls working Megan and Kyla were super nice and attentive! My açaí bowl was made perfect, just the way I like it so now I’ve got to say, this has become my favorite Better Buzz Location in PB :)))) I even tipped extra! They deserved even more tip than what I had in cash. The service was that great!

Very friendly staff, the first thing she did was smile and ask my name (Starbucks has gotten very lazy with that the past few years, I have noticed) I asked a question and she had an answer right away. It seemed like a relatively busy afternoon... They custom made my blended drink for me and had it out in less than 5 minutes. Very satisfied! Highly recommend.

The slowest and most incompetent employees at this location. The manager refused to refund my drink after clearly pointing out to her the hair in my cup. This location will not stay in business long with her in charge.

I get better buzz almost every morning and tried out this location in pb very disappointed!! I took a sip and a shard of something went in my mouth and cut me! I tried to ignore and try again same thing happened more plastic shards were in the cup very worrying! If you see the pic on the bottom on my finger is one of the smaller pieces I found in my drink!

Coffees, teas, and food was hot fresh and delicious ?. Service was Pleasant and with a Genuine Smile. We enjoyed our drinks up on the observation deck above, in the sun. If weather permits i highly recommend. Very relaxing!

Last Saturday I mobile ordered for pickup & they left my drink in the pick up area without a label to say it's mine or the safety seal over the lid.

After waiting in the line the lady tried to serve me the unknown drink & put the safety seal on the lid right in front of me. The other two mobile orders have labels, with their customizations why not mine?

Honestly I would have rather gotten my $10 back but it would mean calling corporate. They remade my drink but I shouldn't have had to go through all of this, that's the point of ordering ahead. Not having to wait in line & having your order ready when you get there.

l don't order here often. It is simply the closest coffee to the errands I have in the area. Five months ago I had the same "why did I bother?" experience as my last mobile order that they didn't even make & had to wait in line which is usually out the door. Mistakes happen but for this to be the same experience 5 months later ....

Better Buzz is my anti-youknowwho, and an occasional treat when I'm close to one. PB not being one of my fave spots on a busy Sunday did not deter me from enjoying one of the new Spring treats...even if I had to wait behind someone who brought their bike in and took wayyyyyyy too much time before I was put on an even longer hold so the cashier could go get more cups.

Anyway, I had the Strawberries and Cream Best Drink - decaf! It was ok. Next time, I'll go to another BB location and drive-thru.
