Fantastic place for Nepalese style food. Everything is so well made and full of amazing flavors. The service is great and friendly and they have a nice patio to enjoy Old Town. I highly recommend coming here if you enjoy this type of cuisine, some of the best I've had!

My bf and I absolutely LOVE this place. We actually can't even go anywhere else for Indian food because this place is just far superior. We love it to take people too and for take out. The staff is so awesome and its one of our favorite places!

I enjoyed the place and would come back for the momos. My greeter was great but my server wanted to argue with me about how spicy I should get my food and left me without water for most of my meal. If you like very spicy food go hotter than a 6/10 and don’t let them deter you. The biryani was fine but I feel like the tofu wasn’t my favorite part so if I got it again I’d order a different kind without it since it doesn’t seem seasoned, more tossed into the biryani. The lamb momos were well spiced and a highlight. Everything came with a complimentary lentil soup that was fine but I wouldn’t seek out. Overall I’d come back but I might have to flag down the server for things and insist on my preferred hear level. Things are well priced and with the leftovers I got basically three meals out of it for $41 with tip

I love this Indian restaurant conveniently located in Old Town! The food is always fresh and delicious, the employees are friendly and I've never had to wait for a table. They have authentic curries, basmati rice, naan bread and other Indian dishes that are great. They also have a really good lunch combo plate available weekdays. Check out this restaurant for something different to eat then Mexican food in Old Town!

Stopped by for late lunch on Christmas Day. The lentil soup appetizer was hearty, flavorful but not with chili heat— perfect for those with low heat tolerance. The entrees were served with rice and small cups of the lentil soup. My achari chicken (ordered mild) hit the spot perfectly. The sag paneer had a little bit of an almost burnt smoky flavor— dash of fenugreek maybe? Service was prompt and polite.

We ordered three items and all of them were below average in taste and quality. Not an authentic food at all.
Went Christmas eve. Sort of crowded. But not enough to justify a 25 minute wait for food to arrive. The main reason for my two stars is that the PORTIONS ARE SMALL. Who ever heard of small portions at an Indian type restaurant? First time in my experience. I also found it strange that the Channa Masala which is a simple popular dish was priced a bit high for such a dish. And they use the whole .99 pricing tactic. Everything is that deceptive pricing to the penny below the dollar, so it makes you think the price is a dollar less than it is. So sick of the world doing this crap. It's deceiving.
My and my friend's food was nice. Rice was dry and mediocre though. And surprisingly small portions. I work in Old Town, but I'm not sure I'll go again. I don't like paying high price for small portions.
Food mediocre! Service bad! Place looks good but way too expensive for the quality of food. I would avoid it!

As someone from Nepal, I was excited to try this restaurant and ordered a selection of Nepali dishes. While the ambiance was pleasant, with nice background music, the food unfortunately did not meet my expectations or align with the positive reviews I had seen.
The mango lassi was okay but tasted like it was made from canned mango rather than fresh fruit. The samosa was decent, but the momo was disappointing—it was dry and lacked the juiciness I associate with authentic Nepali momos. Additionally, the momo sauce was not up to par, as it seemed to be just a plain tomato puree.
The portion sizes were quite small, and the rice was microwaved and hard to chew, which further diminished the experience.
The food was a bit pricey, but I understand that prices have gone up everywhere, so I don’t have much concern about that. I also noticed an 18% mandatory gratuity was added to the bill. That’s fine as long as it’s within legal guidelines, but it’s worth noting for future visitors.
I hope this feedback helps fellow Nepalis in deciding whether to visit this place. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I won’t be returning.
