We came here as part of “Sabor del Barrio” and received a birria taco with consomé. Despite the chaos, service was super friendly and the taco was tasty. We felt so bad for the two girls working because they were definitely understaffed for the event, especially considering they also had to cover orders for regular customers. Give these girls a raise! There should have been at least two more staff members scheduled.

I recently visited Birrieria located in Barrio Logan. The experience had some highlights, but there were also a few things that could definitely be improved.
I ordered one taco, and it was delicious. The flavor was very rich and the taco held up together very well. The tortillas stood out because they were very flavorful and well done. The service was friendly. The staff was friendly and the food came out very quickly. The first critique is that the taco was overpriced. Paying $6.47 for one taco felt not quite worth it, especially when the only option is beef. While the taco was good, the only option being beef and charging over $6 per taco is not great.
This place seems to specialize in soup and not tacos. If you're looking for tacos, I recommend going to other places nearby they are cheaper and have more variety.
Overall, it's a decent spot if you’re in the area, but it's not my first choice.

Ordered 1 Birria Taco, sadly it was cold tasteless. Service was also slow and bad. I ate my $5 cold taco, got up and paid and my water never arrived 👎🏾. I went across the street to try the burgers. I forgot to mentioned that I arrived at 12:40pm on a Saturday and the place was EMPTY. Now I know why this place was empty. I didn't even get a receipt when I paid.

This place is a scam when it comes to payment. Servers don't tell you that your that your are not allowed to split a check. If your party is greater than one, you are not allowed to split the check. Even if you're only two people, and their reason is because they have low number of bills and change but when you're paying with a credit card that does not make sense. When paying with the credit card, you do not house to worry about change or bills. They cannot produce an itemized receipt,doesn't show full breakdown of items selection. Please be careful at this scam restaurant. Will be taking my business elsewhere!

I ordered the taco with beans and the tostada with beans. I used part of the tostada to eat the taco meat. The salsa is spicey and as good as ever. It's not bad but I wouldn't eat here often. Service is friendly and this place is near other food options.

It’s common for bathroom access to be denied for non customers, but denying bathroom to paying customers is a new one! We were there at least a hour before closing and no one was ever cleaning the bathroom, before 5 someone from our table tried to use the restroom and it was locked we thought it was occupied so didn’t pay no mind. Once we were ready to leave we tried using the restroom again and still closed, we asked for the bathroom to be opened and access was denied, woman with blond curly and glasses said we couldn’t use the restroom after arguing with her she claimed she didn’t have to give explanation as to why she couldn’t open the bathroom. I can only say they closed the restroom at least one hour before closing time. 2 other customers tried using the restroom too and were denied access.
Also all of our tacos barley had any meat on them, sodas were all hot, like if they restocked and gave us hot soda.
