Absolutely exquisite. Beautiful food, wonderful atmosphere with music, great service. I’m Italian, but also love Japanese food. Match made in Heaven.
We did take out. It certainly is original. But the meat sauce pasta was bland and under seasoned. The salmon pasta was ok at best. And the roe pasta wasn't good. Aggressively average at best. There are definitely better places to eat in the same plaza. Just because something is new and trendy doesn't make it good.
I ate there on April 28, 2025. Maybe it was an off night.
Been twice. Every time I ordered two dishes to give it a try and every time it’s one hit and one miss. Seafood pasta is a good size but it’s the most overcooked seafood I’ve ever head. Tofu steak was awesome but seafood doria is super fishy and the cream in rice tases stale
I’m always up for trying something new. When I found this Japanese-Italian restaurant, I had to give it a try. We went during lunch. They have two lunch combo options - one with pasta and one without. You get to choose one main dish and it comes with salad, soup and a drink. I ordered Cod Roe and Salmon Roe with butter soy sauce. The flavor was good and pasta was the right texture. However it was a bit too dry for my taste. I also tried squid ink pasta which was tasty. The chicken doria was creamy and cheesy. After our main meal, we ordered tiramisu, green tea Mont Blanc cake and pistachio ice cream. I think tiramisu needs a bit more espresso. The green tea cake on the bottom was a bit stale but green tea topping was great.
Overall, it’s a good place for something different than normal Japanese/Italian Fare. The food came out fairly quick. The service was ok. The space was clean and a decent size. I would come back to try other non-pasta dishes.

Had a great experience here! We tried at least 1 of most of the skewers. Service was friendly and quick, the staff was having fun, which I love to see. Food was amazing, and at the end of the night, we were both pleasantly shocked that the bill was well within 2 digits. A new favorite spot for sure! You'll likely need a reservation, or have to wait awhile. Just call ahead!

I enjoyed this place a lot. The squid ink paella and the cod rod pasta were both enjoyable. Next time, I would get the pasta again and try the pizza. The lady's not friendly, but maybe that's her style, it's fine.
We came here for lunch, and interesting pasta menu. The servers were very nice. We had seafood doria and roe cream pasta. I can't say they were our favorite but we would like to come back and other items.

I brought my Italian mother in law to try this restaurant out. We ordered a small house salad, a cabbage wrapped meatballs, a burger steak and a chicken pizza. All the foods are very tasty, the portion here isn’t that big so these amount of foods are right to us. The service is nice and friendly. And the restaurant feels cozy and quiet. It’s perfect for a date.

Sooo good! I was shocked about Japanese and Italian, but then again true Italian has a lot of seafood. Japanese really know their sea food and the combination works really well. Seafood Doria was amazing! Very rich and full of crab. I went with the squid ink. Really good, but I wish I hadn’t worn a white t-shirt.

excellent food! The unagi pizza looked & sounded great from all the reviews and this one didn't disappoint. It was super easy to split half a pizza & half a pasta dish (we had the cod roe pasta). I would definitely come back again for squid ink pasta & given soba is generally served cold - I am curious if the roe cold pasta one is inspired by soba. I thought the portions were good for what we got & the quality of the food.
Parking: plenty if you arrive before 6pm. between 7 and 8, expect to hunt for a spot!

When we entered, the restaurant was about full, and there was another group ahead of us in line to get in. We and the group in front of us were left unnoticed for nearly 20 minutes, until we were finally seated. The food took a while to come out, and my dish came out last. My dad ordered a barley tea but it never came out until we requested it once more. I also asked for no dressing in my salad but I was given my salad with dressing. However, the food was incredible as always. It was very fresh, which was probably the reason it took so long to come out. I ordered the tomato and garlic shrimp pasta, which was very fresh, hot, and delicious. They also offered very substantial and filling portions.Although the food was great, I cannot give this place more than four stars as the service simply lacked a bit. I will likely be coming back. The amount of customers is quite inconsistent, however there are much less people if you come a bit later, around 1:00. Note: the quality and wait time of food will vary based on the amount of people dining.
