Stepping into the Blue Bottle Cafe felt like a breath of fresh air. Stopped by Blue Bottle and grabbed an iced coffee. It was fine—cold, caffeinated, did the job—but honestly, it lacked the nuance and depth I usually get from a proper pour-over. For the price, I expected a bit more soul in the cup. Slick branding, minimalist vibes, but the brew didn’t quite rise to the occasion.
I accidentally forgot my suitcase nearby and the employees found it and called me and gave it back. I appreciate them doing that. I got a breakfast sandwich and was very filling and delicious thank you.
