There is no way to get ahold of a person on the phone! An order time needed to be changed and we couldn't tell anyone and by the time the chat bot figured out what we were trying to say it was too late. They made the food and left it just laying there for 3 HOURS!! Didn't say a word when we arrived at the restaurant. Completely unprofessional! Avoid at all costs!
Love the fresh food options 🙌
I'm writing a review about this company..I was hired to work at the Shelby township location .I'm much older then all of the employees I feel because of my age I had a target on my back .please don't support this company by buying their food. They don't support people over the age of 50 to work for them .and they hire employees that are all best friends that is a disvantage for new employees coming in the company to work .I had told the manager at the Shelby township store I didn't...read full review

Based on the reviews, sweetgreen offers healthy salads, wraps, and bowls with fresh ingredients and delicious food. The menu is highly customizable with plates and bowls, and the sauces are unbelievable with very fresh ingredients. Many customers visit frequently, placing orders ahead for a smooth experience. However, opinions on the location vary. Some praise the staff for being kind, attentive, and professional, even during a busy lunch rush with over 100 orders. A team lead with a blue shirt and curly hair was noted for running the register smoothly and handling cranky customers with grace. Others mention that the quality is lacking compared to other locations, with ridiculously small portions for the cost, and employees sometimes twiddling their thumbs while the line grows. The free bread is also often not offered. Overall, the food is very healthy, but the portion size is a common concern for the price.
