Wrong hours. Don’t expect to enter the park unless there’s a game happening. Update your hours so others don’t make the mistake of showing up thinking they can just enter.

Food we ordered was not fresh and we didn't appreciated the taste. The services is just mediocre and servers were not experts on menu. The restaurant is big but quiet enough when we were dining. The quality of experience is not worth to pay $$.

We had high hopes for this seafood joint, touting fresh and local seafood prepared in a variety of ways. We both ordered the local halibut plate option, one of us going for the lemon-garlic butter marinade, and the other bronzed (blackened with brown sugar). The flavors were good, but the fish was overcooked and extremely dry. Maybe we were in on an off night? The accompanying salad was very good, and their thousand island dressing was tasty, made with dill instead of sweet pickles. The wine pours were generous and service was fine. Our expectation at a restaurant specializing in seafood is to get perfectly cooked fish, so we were disappointed.

Best food in the stadium. Those mahi mahi tacos are the best.

Always super great fresh seafood! Blackened ahi tuna sandwich was well portioned. My kids loved the grilled shrimp and NE clam chowder. Service team was new but thought they were nice and super friendly. As always a San Diego gem

For the freshness and menu options great. Be aware, the later you go (close to closing) some items may not be available. It is what it is. But there are other great options. FYI, Go in look over the menu, Order and then sit down. Seating is limited but adequate. Counter seating, indoor patio and outdoor patio. Great menu and daily specials. Did change two choices due to options. We were there one hour before closing, late choice of coming here due to other activities but not disappointed Ordered the ahi poke bowl, with rice delicious. Seared sea salt and cracked pepper ahi salad, large and delicious Interesting menu, most dishes can either be a salad, sandwich or plate. Unique and job well done. Fried calamari was delicious Track taco was big and delicious Seared salmon plate was great. If you want the freshest seafood and great option, then a must try. The India location, I believe is the original. Of course sea decor, very nice. Staff was friendly and the line moves fast. Prices were appropriate. Parking across the street.

The food was really good. It was a padre game day and the resteraunt is right on 6th Avenue by petco park. So lots of traffic and horns blowing by impatient drivers. Also we sat at one of the open air windows, but then you are subject to cigarette smoke and the smell of downtown. I'd go again but maybe not on a padre day.

I was at the Padres game, trying to find something to eat, I am so lucky to have found this place. The servers are so nice and speedy, and the food, oh the food!!! The mahi mahi taco is great, and they have a taco of the day which does not disappoint! Five stars and some great unique ballpark food!Kid-friendliness: If your kid loves tacos and fish, go here when you are at the Padres game!

Great fresh seafood! Everything we ate was delicious. We also enjoyed a bottle of wine for $28 (very reasonable in my opinion)! Restaurant does get busy around dinner rush. Recommend to get here early to avoid awkward seating spot - there are a few tables that sit right against the line to order, so if you have to sit there, your view will be of others’ bottoms while you eat. We got lucky and were able to sit outside. Definitely recommend!

I had the sea salt, black pepper sesame-crusted seared tuna that was caught this morning. It was flavorful and excellently prepared. it was some of the best tuna I've had. The side of rice was incredibly fluffy and smooth. I usually don't eat rice but this was so good, I cleaned my plate. The cashier was super helpful with an explanation of the dishes and preparations. This was a wonderful meal experience.

Nice selection of fish tacos. I went with a shrimp special and seared ahi. Both were tasty so large I could have Had one for dinner. I shared with others and they also thought they were good.. Also enjoyed some extra crunchy onion rings. I recommend Blue Water for anyone who enjoys seafood but expect a line.

This time I brought the family and they also enjoyed the seafood here. If we had a kitchen in our hotel then we could have bought some of the fresh fish on display in the cases. We arrived early after a day sightseeing San Diego and glad we did since we got one of the last tables inside the restaurant. Most of the seating inside had been removed with a new outdoor area on the street. Here we ordered first, paid and then the food was delivered to our table. Water was self serve. Fish portions could be ordered via entree, sandwich, or entree. Portion sizes were generous compared to other restaurants so well worth eating here as we just could barely finish our dinners. This time I also tried the bowl of clams and mussels in a tasty broth. It came with a side plate of salad and white rice. We ended up eating almost all of the rice with the broth as it was just that good. On street parking still the only option. Will keep coming back on my business trips.

Innovative menu, with abundant options for everyone. Incredibly fresh and high-quality seafood that was excellently prepared. The wild Pacific opah taco was an explosion of contrasting flavors but they worked perfectly together, with the chipotle having just the right amount of spiciness. The grilled yellowtail sandwich was less exceptional but still great, with the filet being moist. However, the lemon/garlic butter was barely perceptible. This said, this restaurant amply justifies its popularity and is highly recommended for anyone who loves seafood and wouldn't mind long waits (35 mins for the food) and a boisterous dining environment. 92% (A)
