Americano was very acidic. Our croissants were dense and it did not taste fresh. Was hoping to see some flakiness but it was not. Quite disappointed considering the overall average ratings by consumers. We frequent French Oven in Scripps Ranch where it is own by a French pastry chef and offers excellent buttery flaky croissants, and sadly, Bonjour Parisserie was just not good.
Favorites croissants so far… I love this place, it’s always a lot of people and most of the time there’s no place where I can seat (probably because I’m not the only one going on Sundays mornings). The employees are very friendly even tho there’s a lot of people all the time. And I love that they are pet friendly 10/10
