Many vegan options to chose from. The food was always great! I can recommend the tres leches pancakes and the harvest omelet!!
Eggs were good for a Hampton Inn but not for a good breakfast place.
Chilaquiles were very underwhelming. It's like your roommate made them whiteout looking for a recipe. They were bland, flavorless, the tortillas were not at the right point of crunchy vs moist. It's like they were soaked in salsa for a bit but not cooked. And then not enough crema nor cheese.
The Portuguese sausage omelette was ok, but again, maybe for a small hotel that pre-cooks omelettes.
The black beans were the most flavorless beans I have ever tried. The peppers and cheese on them were good but without salt and pepper they tasted like somebody forgot to cut open the flavor packet and just served the food without seasoning.
ALL THE FOOD WAS COLD EVEN AFTER MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS TO GET IT RIGHT.
Service was outstanding though. Their cooks just were not on their game that day.
We have been to other breakfast republics. The service and atmosphere were good.
The food was meh. Coffee ok. Hardly had any flavor. Disappointed.
I'm not going to tell you anything you don't already know about this place, but the pictures on Yelp are terrible. So I'm just adding more to showcase the presentation and tell you that the food is really THAT good.
Different breakfast food, I don't think I would go back.
Great breakfast spot to hang with your friends and family.
Butter was melted all the way through my pancakes, so it obviously sat there a while before they sent it out. No difference from your average Dennys.
Prefer if the server would ask if I want more soda instead of just dropping more at the table. Want not, waste not.
Atmosphere was loud. Not really a place to relax and eat.
Wu was amazing!!!!
We had the pancakes and omelette. Both were amazing, must try!!
Best ever breakfast! Large menu. Breakfast only! Reasonable priced. Great service. 💕

Nice to have vegan breakfast options alongside non-vegan food for enjoying breakfast/brunch out with non-vegan friends and family. Also great to have Just Egg options for some protein!
They have a vegan section. I had the Harvest omelette and cold brew with oat milk. It was delicious and the service was also great. And the place has such a great vibe. I am very happy.
SD has so many vegan only places which we absolutely prefer to patronize. But- this morning at Pacific Beach we just wanted to WALK somewhere, and this place delivers! Vegan Tres Leches pancakes had me….
Food was yummy! Nice Accommodation for our kid's food allergies!

Their chilaquiles were to die for, absolutely fantastic, and I had never had cafe the olla but they turned me into a believer. Highly recommend it, although the vibe in one of the outside tables was so much better than inside, where it was a bit cold in November morning, despite being warm outside.
