I've gone here probably half a dozen times or so, and in the beginning, regardless of whose chair I sat in, I walked out happy. The last times I've gone for a cut, the work has progressively gotten worse. While I don't know what has been going on here, I have noticed a lot of turnover, which should have been the first sign. After 29 years of being a hair virgin and a rough deployment, i decided it was time I dyed my hair. Even though I was late Britton still took me in and the experience was the best I could have imagined! I came across the awesomeness of Brightside purely by chance one day as I was in between showings in Hillcrest and University Heights. My office being roughly five minutes away, on Park Blvd, I'd always see the hubbub around this new-ish place with people coming to and fro, so I told myself I had to check it out!
