Beautifully decorated space and outstanding food. We ordered the Guava Lava cocktail, empanadas, and the Brisa smashburger. So much flavor! The drink was a little spicy, a little sweet, and a little salty from the rim. Our waiter also recommended the Matcha Martini which we will have to try next time. The empanadas came topped with three sauces and some pico, so they were a little messy to eat, but delicious. Loved seeing the Latin-Asian fusion options on the menu. We arrived around 6pm on a Monday and the restaurant began filling up while we were seated. They offer a fantastic happy hour menu and the people on staff were friendly and fun. The atmosphere is laid-back and aesthetically pleasing with gorgeous glassware and warm furniture pieces. 10/10 recommend Brisa for your next date night, girls night out, or solo dining experience! They have seating for all sorts of group sizes.

Don’t fall for the fake hype!! Food had very little flavor and the latin/asian fusion didn’t work at all. The sushi rolls were fishy and tasted like fish that was spoiling. The several cocktails we tried were all way too sweet and way overpriced. Service was slow and inattentive for a weekday. Overall, for the price and experience I would recommend checking out some of the other great neighborhood restaurants instead.
Additionally, looking through the reviews it seems like most of the good reviews are being written by management/employees. It appears as if they are inflating their reviews with a lot of double reviews from accounts with the same name, back to back reviews from new accounts, or even written by the manager (Jennifer/Jenny R).

I came here last Friday with my girlfriends.. I never leave reviews unless it was a memorable experience from the staff! And it was definitely that.. I’m 8 months pregnant and they were very accommodating and even brought me a sparking champagne to toast with all my girls. Our waiter was so sweet and attentive. Oh and the food was divine! I remember one of the servers name was Austin. He was so kind and bubbly. Loved the vibes. Definitely will be coming back!

Came into Brisa last night and had a wonderful experience!!! The food and cocktails were fantastic & not to mention the ambience was beautiful. Our server, Annalise, was very knowledgable on the menu and was so sweet. Highly recommend the guava lava cocktail!

Food was good. Calamari was really good. Annalise was great! However I think they could do better on their sushi tower, the sashimi could be cut thinner for the illusion to look more. I’d recommend doing a smaller tower so it looks more full, but otherwise the food was food.
