Arrived on a Tuesday at about 1:30. Was not seated for about 10 to 15 minutes and our drinks/food order did not happen for about another 15 to 20 minutes. The food was great but the slow service was a source of concern for us. I would eat here again but if it meant going out of my way. The price was also good. Maybe it was just a bad one time staffing issue and another day/time would yield better results.

The Italian food was unimpressive, flavors were underseasoned and weak. Tried a seafood dish, found it to be low quality and very overcooked which made the calamari chewing like gum.

My husband and I had a reservation at 8:30 PM and still waited over an hour to be seated. Having a reservation should mean your table is ready around that time, so this was extremely disappointing.
What made the experience worse was that the host disappeared and then came back and seated multiple parties who arrived after us. When I approached her to confirm our reservation time and name, she initially stated that she had already called us. She then said she had mispronounced our name and apologized. That explanation was frustrating, especially since we had been waiting directly in front of the host stand the entire time.
Additionally, guests were repeatedly told the wait time was “10 minutes,” which clearly was not accurate. I’ve never experienced a host leaving her station while giving unrealistic wait times. The entire situation felt disorganized and poorly managed. I hope the hosting staff can receive better training so future guests don’t experience the same issue. But the waiter was great. The food was good. The service was not. The waiter was courteous and would have been good but he was spread waaaaaaay too thin. Our group (we had a reservation) was for 15 and there was another group next to us that was about the same size. The waiter stated they did not anticipate being this busy but... it was a Friday night... before Valentine's day😒 I know lots of peeps that like to beat the rush and especially if it perfectly set up like this year... anyways, I am not in the restaurant business but I could have did a better job forecasting and managing. For context, my family was there for over 4 hours and I only got ONE cup of coffee. The waiter and I talked spoke about bring more a couple times and I gave up. I knew he was understaffed so no need to get upset. He was running at his full capacity and I know I couldn't have did a better job so... we made best of the night. A lady from the large group next to us came over as we were packing up to leave to ask if we got everything that we ordered and exchange displeasure with the service. They arrived maybe 30 minutes after us and we still waiting for food. They had been there at least hour and half. I definitely would not go back with a group. The smaller groups seemed to get in and out pretty quickly.

Brought my son for his bday very beautiful restaurant many pictures and decorations to look at. Prices are good, but if u order while very hingry prices can be a bit high..but to me it was my sons bday, went there to avoid traffic and has more parking than the one ay DT SD. It wasnt very packed, maybe because it was during the week. Food so deliciously made,we where amazed. Guy who brought the desert to sing happy bday didnt look to happy when I started recording, instead he put down the candle and desert tham everyone sang happy bday. Maybe thats how they do it,to be carful with the candle, but he did gave me an odd look with unsure hi ,weird vibes and made me so uncomfortable. Guy who took our order was very helpful, and older man in the front so sweet. Im not from that area but would def go back to try other delicious food and be able to take more photos if thats possible.

It seemed they were short staffed. We were a party of 9 so we understand it would take longer but we did not leave until 830pm with a 530pm reservation time. We were constantly looking for our server just to get refills, ask about food we had already ordered like garlic bread which didn't come until after our entrees were delivered. The poor bus boy was dripping sweat like he was the only one there. I don't feel it was the server, definitely management who did not think about proper staffing. Food was great as usual and the actual restaurant is adorable.

It would be nice if they offered some individual dinners to accommodate dietary restrictions. We were there Christmas Eve, so it might have been an off night due to it being crowded. The man at the front desk was having an argument with another employee when we arrived. Really unprofessional & uncomfortable to arrive to that.

Food was excellent service was a little slow because they had just opened. The meatballs and lasagna was incredible. The fettuccine was also good. The salmon was a 7 out of 10. We would definitely go back.

Order of food served was scrambled: entrees arrived before bread salad appetizers and drinks
Rarely write reviews but had to share.. I don't know where they get off with their prices. $40 for stuffed shells, $30 for calamari appetizer, $50 for seafood entrees. They had one waiter for all the tables, poured wine skimpily. It's a shame because it's a lovely setting. But far from fine dining that warrants those prices. Seems like financially struggling and milking each table. Would be more successful as a comfy Italian place with $25-$30 entrees.
