Food was good but service was lame. We didn't get served chips. After our meal, the hosted asked if we wanted some and I said yes, but they never came. Sure, it is a busy night but the mandatory 3.5% surcharge that was added to the check and not disclosed was a surprise. That's okay because I deducted it form the tip. By the way, the suggested tip was calculated on top of the surcharge amount.
