First off there was Noone to search us i had to call and ask if there was someone that can seat us that is so unprofessional and then when we were finally seated we sat down before another family and the waitress took their order first which is again unprofessional they didn't even apologize for having us wait to be seated and the other workers just kept looking at us standing at the door there was another couple behind us that walked out

I hate this location. 3 times I have been. Wasn’t peak hours, wasn’t lunch time, wasn’t football game days. And 3 times I have gotten up after being seated and waiting for over 10min. No greetings from wait staff, no drinks first and they “I’ll be right with you”, just sitting and waiting. Not busy at all. So I will get my ass up and give my money somewhere else.

The waitress was very nice the chicken wings that we ordered had feathers on them and they were still trying to fry them we let the manager know and she said that they've been trying to pick out the wings that have feathers will not be returning back to this Buffalo Wild Wings or any Buffalo Wild Wings at that

Our order took way so long to come out that im sure our waitress forgot about us. Considering the table behind us that ordered after us got all their appetizers and meals before we got our one appetizer. We had thought about ordering more but after how long it took for our appetizer we no longer wanted to. And we wouldn't have had the opportunity to seeing as the waitress only checked on the tables around us, running past us while trying to get her attention. I had to call out to her as she was walking past us again to get our check after all our plates were piled up and our card was on the table.

It’s mostly just the wait for pickup orders.. So the solution would be to eat here in person and don’t be in a hurry.
The staff is friendly but kitchen seems disorganized or something. There’s been multiple instances of 40+ minute waits for pre-ordered pickups so show up very late yourself could be another alternative

Didn't dine in took our food to go it took a little longer than we were told for our order to be prepared so they threw in an extra cheeseburger with bacon, MJ had bacon burger and I had the mac and cheese bacon burger mine was delicious, I also got fried cheese curds they were super yummy, we were given an extra bacon cheeseburger for the wait...
We will definitely go back again...

Wings tastes mid. Nachos with chicken came with no chicken and they had to do a side order of chicken after the nachos were soggy. Service was slow. Went with 2 friends and got my wings 20 minutes after my friends got theirs. DO NOT GO. Save your money

They had ONE server for Lunch time on a Saturday. What "Bone" head lol 😆 came up with that great idea. You would think for what they charge they would be properly staffed. My wings were good but my wife did not care for her wrap..

What is this nonsense Buffalo Wild Wings????? xD I used UberEats, My food came to me cold, cheese wasn't melted at all in the mozzarella sticks, everything came soggy, very cold, and looked like someone threw it together. I was also missing my marinara sauce that was supposed to be included in the order, even the chips were very thin and soggy very limp. I wasted $35 on this. Everything tasted kinda bland.

Normally our experience here is very great but I’m not sure what happened today. Our food was almost cold, our service was not the best, overall the experience was not good which is disappointing.

The worst and I mean the worst customer service ever. I make an online order and they give me half of my order and half of someone else’s. I go back to get my correct order and they mess it up again for the second time!!!! Please check yall orders, these people do not know what there doing.
