We went in last night for dinner and requested the dining room because we have kids and the host made us sit in the bar area, then we waited for 15 minutes and never got served so we left

So I was here a few days ago. Met a friend. Hung out and had some wings and beer. Maybe we picked the worst possible day to be there but we ordered and our food was coming out very slowly. Apps, sides, and then the wings took forever to come out. Mind you I understand that it was free wings day so I expected the food to take long but at the very least keep me informed and communicate with me about it. We spent a good amount of time minding our business and we had a shift change in bartenders. It was this second bar tender that was making it harder and harder to empathize with the restaurant. I come from the restaurant industry so I completely get being under staffed, having orders backed up, and being up front with your customers about it but that’s just it. My friend and I had to consistently be checking up on the things we were ordering and even when we paid and just wanted a water and a to go side, we were kept waiting for over an hour and a half. I wanted to leave by 7:45 but I was curious to see how long until I would actually get my items. Water at 8:20; my side at 9:00. Again I get it - it was busy and the kitchen was backed up. But at the very least communicate to me what is going on. I’d be more inclined to empathize and much more understanding but it felt like once we paid we were now invisible to this bartender unless we spoke up about what we still were waiting on.
Jordan - if this is shared with you - Just keep your customers in the know. Any other person would have been irate with you and overly rude about it but I just wanted what I was waiting for and to get out of the two chairs you were ignoring for the remainder of the night after we paid.
Think how you’d feel if someone did that to you and a parent, a friend, or significant other?
Management - I’m not writing this to get him in trouble but to mention some key points where you can make improvements regardless of what’s going on. We’ve all had rough days and even worse when corporate doesn’t give you enough staffing hours for these peak times and drop bombshell specials and deals on y’all without much notice. It would have been great to also feel management presence more cause if someone would have come out and checked up on us and explained what was happening I’d have been better informed and this entire review wouldn’t have been written.
Anyway; thanks for trying I suppose.

I ordered the Buffalo traditional wings, and they were horrible. The chicken was cold, extremely dry and terribly plated. So I asked the waitress for fresh wings she took them and came back with even more dry wings with Buffalo sauce that were put on the wings sloppy. I had to wait an additional 10 minutes to order a dshot of jack daniels so i went to the bar myself to get a drink. Fortunately I do not know the waitress or chef name but I do know the service here was bad I didn't feel welcomed. I'm so angry I waisted my time here. The only good thing she did was remove the chicken from the tab after my friend asked her to. Since I refused to touch a single wing from the new batch she gave me. I'm terribly disappointed in this place. Trash 🗑

The server we had at lunch today completely ignored us for about 30 minutes and the shift lead was super nice and took our orders and brought us drinks. our server didn’t get us drink refills until we asked the bar for them. We barely got checked on the entire meal. and a table next to us didnt get greeted for about 15 minutes either. we are just super disappointed. the bartender after about 20 minutes, signaled to a server that we have been sitting here for awhile and we got waved off by 2 separate servers. we also did not get menus till the shift lead came to take our order and she was shocked we didn’t have any. our server also was bussing her previous tables instead of checking on her tables. another guy next to us waited about 15 minutes for his bill and didn’t get it till he was looking around for the server. the shift lead also helped that guy out with getting him a togo box and refills on his drinks. the shift lead and the bartender better.

New Menu. New burgers are absolutely 10/10.
Wings are good. You have to ask for extra sauce otherwise they come out dry. Cold beer and lots of tvs. wish they kept the restroom clean.

I had one of the most bizarre dining experiences I’ve ever encountered at this location. My friend and I were seated and simply asked if we could have some ranch and celery/carrots brought out before our food. The waiter, whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch; responded abruptly, saying it would come with the food. His tone immediately felt off.
After we politely asked again, he reluctantly brought out a small portion, but his attitude remained cold and dismissive. We asked if we could have a bit more, and he again said it would come with the meal. Still, he returned with more shortly after but always with a strange edge to his demeanor.
We ordered 10 wings with mild sauce on the side, and 10 lemon pepper wings. Instead, we were served 20 lemon pepper wings with the mild sauce on the side. The waiter dropped the plate on our table and walked away without a word. We flagged down another staff member, possibly the manager, and asked for the order to be corrected.
Later, the waiter returned and asked if everything was okay. We explained the issue and that another staff member was already helping. He took the incorrect plate to the kitchen, then returned with it and said we could keep it while they prepared the correct order.
Here’s where it got even stranger: the same manager returned shortly after, this time to tell us we needed to be more respectful, claiming we had called the waiter a “moron.” We were stunned. Not only was this completely false, but it felt like something entirely made up. We calmly explained that this never happened. To her credit, she was understanding and professional and reassigned us to a new waitress, Hailey, who was excellent.
I’m still baffled by the waiter’s behavior. Something just wasn’t right, his hostility, confusion, and false accusation were deeply unsettling. It truly felt like we were dealing with someone who was either under the influence or struggling with something more serious.
We appreciated how the manager ultimately handled the situation and how Hailey stepped in to provide a much better experience. But overall, this was an incredibly odd and disappointing visit. I hope the management takes this seriously as that man seems dangerous and just something about him is off. I will never come back to this location because of such a bad and unreal experience.

I don’t know why I keep ordering at this location. Spent almost $80 on wings fries and some appetizers to go and ALL OF THE ITEMS were cold stale and over cooked like they reused some left overs that didn’t sell. I even arrived early for my pick up time and still had to wait 10 mins past. This is the only BWW location where I have had negative experiences.

We use to love to visit BWW's always. Over the years the food quality has become sub par. Have to say this was the worse one ever and wouldn't recommend it to anybody. We went with our kids and the food was terrible, service non existent and the managers were unhelpful. Half the food came out 10 to 15 minutes before the second half. All of it was cold and the oil they used had to be old as the food truly was terrible. We didn't eat our part and the two that did got sick over night. Stay away from this location. Their reviews show it and it seems nobody cares.
