I went there this evening, 7/2/24 at around 8:30pm with my niece. The place was very busy but no wait to order. I went there with my 10 yr old, niece. The cashier was super sweet. I didn't get her name. She talked to my niece and helped her with her order.
We ordered Mac & cheese, with a side of fries, to go. The wait was minimal.
Parking: It's a busy location, hard to find parking

***update: we both woke up to violent food poisoning. Management handled it professionally. But, idk there are definitely safer options out there for burgers?***
It was okay overall. I was hoping it would be a knockout because the restaurant is nice and it’s Saturday night. Also, it’s had raving reviews. But, tbh we got burgers and they were so bland. We’d thought it be the best choice, but were disappointed. My bf got the smoke show and it was underwhelming. I got the regular burger and it was red. I’d wished they asked what temp we’d preferred if their standard was medium rare. The beer cheese for the pretzel bites was soooo watery. However…. The staff is friendly and the drinks were great. So there’s that:) lemon drop was refreshing and the old fashioned was smooth. Idk if I’d try again, but maybe we just came in a bad day.

Food was absolutely delicious. We got the brussel sprouts, wings, and steak frites. The chimichurri with the steak was phenomenal. Our server was also very attentive and kind. Prime location with cute aesthetic.

This was an awesome find on our trip to San Diego. The service was truly excellent, run by the whole family. Let’s talk Food. To put it simply, we loved it and left wanting to eat more (if only our stomachs had room). Highly recommend the Smoke Show Burger and truffle fries!

Smoke show burger was amazing; arrived within a smoke dome that left a smoky flavor profile to the burger topped with a generous slice of pork belly. Paired with the side salad and truffle fries (great truffle aioli sauce) resulted in an orchestra of amazing flavor. I’m a simple guy that just enjoyed the elevated flavors coming from this burger and fries. A must try!!

Went to this place with my boyfriend we made a reservation because was memorial weekend but didn’t need it was very quiet. He got the smoke show and I got the veggie burger and everything was amazing our server/bartender was very helpful all the time. Highly recommend. Best burger downtown! We love this place. The food is so good and it’s a vibe. They are also very dog friendly which we love!
The food was delicious! However, the service was not great in my opinion. The waitress never came to refill our water and we were relying on the chef to act as our waitress.

Food was good. Time from order to delivery was extremely long. Service was lacking as no one checked on us to ask how the food was, if we needed anything else or if we were ready for the bill. In a competitive location such as Little Italy it's important to match with competitors customer service.

Food was very good, relaxed vibe, and dog-friendly. Just need to tighten up the beverage game. Multiple beers were out or had been replaced, just not updated on the menu. Server could not have nicer, however. Highly recommend the venue, just be open-minded when it comes to your drink...

@bunandpatti is located downtown SD near Little Italy. Everyone is super friendly there. The bar set up is really cute. They have a variety of things on the menu to choose from. I would just go for the Sourdough Toast & Burrata with Tomatoes And Balsamic ? We tried two different bugers: Let’s Patti is a classic burger served with truffle fries, but the showstopper is the Smoke Show Burger. And yes it is an instagramable show ? We also tried their Poke Nachos that are new to the menu, a margarita, and a mojito Mocktail. Finished with a warm cinnamon roll complete with icing, walnuts, and vanilla ice cream.
