Terrible service from the waitress, the burger bun was hard, and the meat was rancid. Don't waste your money at this place.

Quite convenient while at the Days Inn. Food is pretty good. People were friendly. The garlic fries are great.

In a nutshell; good food, but they can get rather lost when it gets rather busy resulting longer wait times and wrong food orders.
Went during comic-con weekend so it's understandable that these places can get busy, it was the 3rd day though so there should have been a better system in tow but unfortunately, the table that was sat later got our food orders and we got theirs a little later which I pointed out and had to wait a tad bit longer for our food. A gentleman at the corner also complained as he was sat for quite some time already and no one took his order yet. Still all that hustle and bustle was forgiven as I got my food and my hunger was gone. Was it worth the trouble? I would say not really. Maybe try the place when it's less busy.

Breakfast was good. It is geared toward those who are staying at the motel.

My wife, my son and I came here for a quick meal and ended up getting it to go. The food smelled amazing while driving back to our hotel. After taking our first bites, the wings were unseasoned, garlic fries were stale with garlic thrown on top, my wife’s chicken torta was bland and had no flavor the bread was hard and her garlic fries were the same as mine. The only good things in our order was her root beer and my chronic ale beer. I’m not usually one to leave a bad review especially since the staff was super nice but after $70 spent, this wasn’t it.

I arrived at the restaurant and had to wait standing for five minutes, even though there were several available seats. The waitress seemed to ignore everyone arriving, and this appeared to be common behavior. During this time, I saw several families come and leave due to the delay. A line formed despite there being empty tables, because the waitress didn’t bother to seat customers and hand out menus so they could choose their meals.
Moreover, she has the habit of shouting from a distance, asking you to wait. Even after 5 or 10 minutes of waiting, she calls out loudly to show you where to sit, without the courtesy of approaching and properly directing you. Instead of allowing customers to sit at the available tables, she makes them wait standing. With this disrespectful behavior, I do not recommend this place. There are other nearby restaurants with better service.

The breakfast was okay, but really nothing special. But the price-performance ratio was okay.

Not sure if it was because of SDCC but the prices seemed really high when we came in ~45 for 2x fish and chips and 2 drinks. We had one other small issue that staff addressed quickly and efficiently so props to them

We got here and we’re excited because of the reviews. We were seated quickly and our waitress was great. However we ordered and then waited over an hour and a half for food. When the food came it was good but my chicken club was mostly bread, very little chicken. I decided to take off one slice on my other half of the sandwich and this is what I found. The manager then said that it was a breast they served, she even hinted that I must have eaten the chicken. (I could hear her talking in the kitchen she never even came over to talk to us directly) Look at the bread? It’s clearly untouched and didn’t have chicken that was seasoned and grilled on it. Pathetic and rude.
Additionally my mom’s salad came out with literally nothing on it and they had to take it back to add all the dressing and bbq and other things on it.

Disappointed in the food and the fact that I was charged $1 for a small cup of ranch dressing. Underwhelming small burger, not cooked medium as asked, and the bacon was undercooked. I’m actually baffled at the fact they charge for ranch considering they brutally rip people off for a burger and onion rings ($20). You’re better off going to Carls Jr, which is arguably the most expensive fast food burger joint in California. The thing that bothers me the most about being charged for this small cup of ranch is that I actually left a 18% tip for an order that I picked up. No service other than ringing me up… This woman still charged me for a cup of ranch even after I paid for my order already. C’mon lady, really? That seems like a clear indication that this place won’t be in business for very long if they need to make $1 on a small cup of ranch. People, trust me, save your money and go to a fast food joint over this place… Needless to say, this will be my first and last time at this establishment. The sad thing is it’s attached to a hotel of where I regularly stay when I’m in San Diego. I may have been a regular customer if they weren’t such money grubbers over ranch dressing (even after I left a tip for ringing me up).
