The Family and I stopped by to get dinner and to our surprise apparently the AC went out last night. The young lady behind he counters had sweat running down her face along with most of the crew behind the counter. This BK is apparently is a franchise and not a corporate store. The crew was working best they can with the temperatures in the kitchen and trying to make all the guest happy. I understand this issue happen and we have to deal with it till we can get it fixed. I honestly don't have a rating at this time , however I went this pass SundAy (fathers Day) and I was told "bless your mom" by Melissa . my question is why? I actually had to let it go because clearly she doesn't have a dad and it was father's day but from your attitude I see why she doesn't !

I am really shocked. I came thru the drive through with my friend we needed to make 2 separate orders only to be told that only one order was allowed per car... what ?? This rule is so d*** and unexpected and unnecessary. I have NEVER been through a drive through where the could only be one order per car ... I ended up leaving and didn't get to place the second order. and the employees took such a long time to get the orders ready. Not to mention the actual RESTAURANT IS SLOW...read full review
