Listed opening time of 9am. It’s now 9:30a and there’s only one employee behind locked doors making mobile orders. I ordered a tall hot latte and received a cup half filled. My wife ordered food through the app as instructed but they didn’t have it in stock and asked her to order something else. Somehow out of napkins too??
Slowest starbucks in San Diego, not even busy
The people who work here could at least pretend to care. Jesus Christ. I try my best to refrain from leaving negative reviews, but I’ve never seen such blatantly disrespectful baristas in my life. They never greet back when you say hello and on multiple occasions when asking for things on the menu, it’s like they’re excited to tell me they can’t give it to me for whatever the reason may be. Starbucks is a busy yet welcoming place with fast and efficient service. The store is clean and the baristas always greet you with a smile. While some find the place small and disorganized, others appreciate the super sweet staff like Eli, who recommends delicious drinks. The Strawberry Açaí is a favorite, and customers like Raymond go above and beyond to make your experience exceptional, showing care and compassion. Overall, Starbucks is highly recommended for a quick snack and a cup of coffee, where exceptional service can make your day.
