Went in yesterday, it wasn't too busy. I attempted to use rewards and was told that location didn't honor it. Cool no biggie. Proceeded to order 2 drinks 1 venti one trenta. The drinks come out and it is 2 venti drinks. I let them know it was the wrong size and one of the girls proceeds to grab the drink and examine it and then tells me the size on the sticker matches the cup. Came in for a Strawberry Açaí and without going into all of the details - Raymond went way, way, way above the call of duty and blew up away with his care and compassion for us. The drink was great but his service was exemplary. Thank you for making our day Raymond!

Rudest baristas at this location, their label machine doesn’t work half the time if you order online and will legit just roll their eyes and say “oops”. I waited almost 40 minutes for a drink I placed online and went to pickup. Legit go to any other Starbucks besides this one.
