Worst Starbucks location I've ever been (and I've been to many). Ever since the Mall bought this franchise location it just went downhill. It seems that they don't care to train the employees. They're confused, lost and many times rude. Not even mentioning the hygiene of the place (and some of the employees) that seems questionable. They're always out of basic things like milk alternatives and also the breakfast sandwiches. Summing up... it's a mess and terrible experience.

This Starbucks has really gone down hill. I haven't been to this location in a while but man the difference. They don't know how to make drinks. Their customer service is really bad and they just don't seem to care at all. The employees here are also rude and a lot always seems to be out of stock or not prepared ahead of time.

Rudest baristas at this location, their label machine doesn’t work half the time if you order online and will legit just roll their eyes and say “oops”. I waited almost 40 minutes for a drink I placed online and went to pickup. Legit go to any other Starbucks besides this one.

Wish I could give zero stars. The employees were so rude! My little guy dropped his cookie immediately before he had a bite and I asked if it could be replaced. The lady proceed to lecture me - further their service was super slow - took 15 min for a misto and a cookie - they had to make the coffee...not thing brewed. They knew they made me wait but had the nerve to scold me. The one girl didn't even know how to make a misto and was confused. Only started making my drink once I showed up looking for my mobile order ready. They were also rude to a disabled person in a wheel chair. I was completely shocked.

Went in yesterday, it wasn't too busy. I attempted to use rewards and was told that location didn't honor it. Cool no biggie. Proceeded to order 2 drinks 1 venti one trenta. The drinks come out and it is 2 venti drinks. I let them know it was the wrong size and one of the girls proceeds to grab the drink and examine it and then tells me the size on the sticker matches the cup. She gets an attitude and tells me that is not what I paid for, takes the drink to the cashier and whispers to him. She then pours the drink into a rental cup adds more ice and a splash if tea and hands it to me with an attitude. I decided not to be combative that was definitely a trigger for me. I took the drink and left. Only to be even more disappointed because it wasn't made as requested. I asked for a passion tea with apple juice and no water with 2 pumps of sweetener and light ice. I got a a passion tea no apple juice with water and lots of ice and no sweetener. Between the cashier and the employee with the attitude you can best believe I'm never returning to this location. Poor customer service, poor listening skills, and poor drinks.

Came in for a Strawberry Açaí and without going into all of the details - Raymond went way, way, way above the call of duty and blew up away with his care and compassion for us. The drink was great but his service was exemplary. Thank you for making our day Raymond!

Service was terrible. Clerks are grumpy and the service too long . It is crowded in there and seems disorganized, I had to call customer to complain and hopefully get a refund on my app.

I was here today Saturday the 27th around 1:30pm, the girl that took my order looked very upset, she just asked what I wanted with a really bad attitude. Coffee as anywhere else, atmosphere can't be good with someone with such a bad vibe working there.

I’ve been to so many different Starbucks location in this 6 years but this location is the worst. Their paradise is so watery and not sweet even with the vanilla cold foam. Caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino is also not as usual. It doesn’t have enough whipped cream and crunch.Every time we buy something here we ask them to remake our drinks…

Employee w big heart hoop earrings and dark hair shouldn’t be working here (we came in a at a 11:20 at on the 21st so you can indentify) So rude. Refused to take responsibility for making the wrong drink. We said very nicely that it was wrong and got a snippy backhanded response. Back and forth with her coworkers that we ordered wrong rather than saying okay I’ll remake. Learn how to take responsibility for your mistakes. Other employees were nice and handled well.
