This place has the worst customer service I once went through the drive-thru and handed the manager who was working the drive through the wrong credit card and he yelled at me and said he did not take that card and threw it back at me through the window, and told me to pay with cash or a different card. I said nah and left. Another time he was being really rude to a woman and her child.

It was a delicious meal at Burger King, on a wonderfully sunny day. We thought that it had closed but it had only been closed for remodeling, and remodeled it had been. It was very nice inside. It was not very crowded when we walked in around 10:59 AM. We each ordered a Whopper and a Drink, but I had Onion Rings, and my partner had French Fries. We ordered LARGE!!! We had our order taken by a very nice woman. After we placed our order, lots of people walked in at 11:00 AM. I think that there's some meal offerings at that time!!! The food was hot and delicious.

I know it's fast food and all but come on man! The lettuce was brown and the center core bitter section that is cut off and thrown away and ended up in my food. The French fries were from maybe 2 days ago and refried from the wooden stick texture? Why put out food like that?

Not all burger kings are the same, I don’t like the one downtown, but the one on balboa is my favorite, made just right. Also the one on Kurtz is good. Impossible whopper my favorite with extra veggies and sauce.
