I came to this location when I was on vacation to get something fast to eat with the kiddos and the soda machine was having issues which was a little annoying because they had limited flavors but the amazing lady running the drive through was the nicest person I've ever met in my life and she was apologizing the whole time asking what she could do to make our experience better she was smiling and delightful the whole time she made sure all the food was fresh I was very pleased...read full review
The new nuggets are ok. The whopper was made with all condiments, pickles, lettuce, everything between top bun and top meat. Thats why the burger just slides apart in your hands. The bottom bun to bottom meat was dry. Burgers always have at least the pickles,on the bottom bun, also at least one or 2 of the condiments, mustard and ketchup, go on the bottom bun. Either someone has no idea how to make the burgers there or burger king doesn't teach them correctly.
Shout out to the staff that provided me with wonderful customer service today in the afternoon. I messed up a mobile order and they helped me get a refund. They were quick to address my issue and were very patient with me. Thank you!
