This burger lounge has gone downhill. I used to love it and their specials and service was good. If something was wrong they were friendly and apologized and fixed the problem or gave you something free. Today I received a completely raw burger and they did not apologize at all or offer a refund or anything free. They brought another burger 10 mins later when the rest of my family was done eating and still did not apologize. The employees are apathetic and have terrible customer service skills.

Placed an online order, food was pretty good. Burger was just very soggy and only ate it about 10 minutes after pick up.

Got the truffle mushroom burger got like 7 small slices of mushroom... The sob burger came with no grilled onions that's literally one of the only ingredients on the burger... Spent $50 on this garbage.... Do yourself a favor and go to "funky fries and burgers" in El cajon worth the drive and the price!

First let me state that this was a delivered order, so I cannot speak as to the atmosphere or staff at the location.
I ordered the S.O.B burger with 1/2 onion rings and 1/2 fries and tenders. The food was packaged nicely, good portion sizes, well cooked (i.e. the tenders weren’t dry and the burger wasn’t over cooked). HOWEVER, there was absolutely no seasoning to be found. I was actually really surprised given how nicely prepared it was. The batter for the tenders had no seasoning, the fries and onion rings were bland and the burger lacked any flavor. My food tasted like they were on a mission to save me from high blood pressure. The hibiscus lemonade was great though!

First of all, I don't like burgers at all. However, there is one place in the United States where I actually crave them. Their burgers, made with grass-fed meat, are incredibly delicious. I love them. The service can be hit or miss—it depends on the staff. Sometimes I've met really great employees, and other times not so much. Overall, it's a good place.
