We celebrated our anniversary here and it was perfect. The view, the food, and the drinks were amazing. They even brought out special dessert to celebrate.

The food was delicious as we have experienced before. We were seated next to the food station. so it was noisier than expected. Prices have gone up but I guess that is to be expected. It is still a crowd favorite with a lovely view and a convenient post meal walk.

I love C Level..great food, the view is perfect, the staff usually wonderful. However, the food remained divine (love those mussels) but our server was not. He had no personality, and it felt like an imposition to ask for anything, or to locate him. The redemption came in the form of a bus boy who was so kind, and solicitous, so so pleasant that we all really couldn't sing his praises enough to the management. Of course I will be back, but not with that server!

Server slowed down his attention and presence once our food was served. Had to be reminded to serve the complimentary bday treat. Took way too long to long to wrap it up and bring check. Also, the lady bartender was annoying by slamming her used empty bottles in the trash bin, making unnecessary loud noises. Greeter didn't read my online instructions and took my party to the outside patio when I requested inside nearest to ocean view.

The food was good, but it took a long time to come out. My wife and I waited approximately 35 minutes for our entrees. Also, it was my wife's birthday, and they did not do anything special (like add a candle to the dessert we paid for).

Not sure how this restaurant got such good ratings, maybe the ratings were solely based on the location and the view. No doubt that the view is spectacular, and that's about it. While there were only few people in the restaurant, we had to wait for more than 10 minutes to be seated. And the waiter was just horrible. He didn't have any enthusiasm in working there and didn't even ask if we wanted anything to drink. Then the food came, and our pot of mussels was pretty good until I discovered 2 spoiled ones. They were closed and when I opened them, they were rotted in black. Took away the appetite and until today (ate there yesterday) my stomach is feeling it. I didn't tell my family not to gross them out. The person who were taking the plates away was dropping things next to me without any apology. Definitely not up to the reputation it has. Very disappointing....
