We had a lovely dinner and the service was great, very accommodating. The menu is rather limited and I didn't think the food was worth the price paid. It's a lovely place but I can't imagine coming back.

It was another beautiful day on San Diego bay. My wife and I were out celebrating and opted to enjoy lunch at C-Level. Nothing short of an outstanding lunch! Bloody Mary and a glass of Procecco started the afternoon, followed by coconut shrimp and a pot of stemmed mussels to die for! Service was outstanding. What a nice "Date Night/Afternoon for both of us. Thank you staff at C-Level!

Went here as it was a restaurant partnered with Chase Sapphire Reserve and open table. Service was great we ordered a few appetizers and I ordered French onion soup and salad for main dish. The fried artichoke hearts were a little to salty but still good. It was my husband's birthday and there was a card signed by staff on the table and they brought out a desert on the house. Would come here again.

Mario , the manager is a gem. Very attentive and concerned about the rain and chill during our meal. Offered to move our table, adjust the heaters. Shared really nice stories about the Cohn organization, himself, his hobbies, and fun piano bars around SD. Genuinely friendly and kind man.

Came here for our anniversary and birthday with our two adult children. This was the first time they've dined at C Level, and I am so happy I chose this restaurant to celebrate! They granted my request of a corner table, facing the water. The views were amazing! I've been here a few times, both day and night, and you must experience both. The service was on point and was fast, but we did not feel rushed. We ordered the calamari and baked brie for our appetizers, and my girls finished them quick, they were delicious! For our main, we had the following: WAGYU BURGER with parmesan fries, Mediterranean Bowl, Portobello Mushroom Sandwich with sweet potatoes, and Lobster BLT with soup. All were amazing according to the fam, however, my Mediterranean Bowl was just meh - too salty and the flavor (or the dressing they used) was not all that; I will not be ordering this again and should have gotten a salad instead. Still, it was a good experience. I think all 3 of us had TO GO boxes, the portions were really good. They also served us two different types of desserts - strawberry / vanilla cake for my birthday, and a chocolate slice with whipped cream for our anniversary. THANK YOU, C LEVEL, for a lovely dinner! My family was impressed not only with the ambiance / view, but the service and the portion sizes... had an amazing time!

95% of the parking lot has been turned in valet only. There was only 2 rows of self parking. Ridiculous! Had a reservation and still had to wait 20 minutes. Walk ins were seated immediately while we waited
Great view of the bay. Good drinks and the fish tacos were really good. We went just after lunch and the wait was long but we walked right up to the bar which worked out great. Definitely give this place a shot if you're near Harbor island.

Always, always, always an amazing, relaxing, romantic, fun experience. The view is breathtaking, the food is consistently unique and very well prepared and the staff make the place phenomenal. Our Server was Avery - attentive, knowledgeable, genuinely interested in the food, the restaurant and her guests. Great enjoyable conversationalist (yes - we desperately tried to convince her to consider using those skills in healthcare...). A perfect evening.

Food is extremely high priced for the quality of food. The beer battered fish tacos were bland with no flavor other than with a lot accoutrements. Pot stickers are small and so are the tacos. Good food, not great, and friendly service. Atmosphere was decent.
