Came here for our anniversary and birthday with our two adult children. This was the first time they've dined at C Level, and I am so happy I chose this restaurant to celebrate! 95% of the parking lot has been turned in valet only. There was only 2 rows of self parking. Ridiculous! Had a reservation and still had to wait 20 minutes. Walk ins were seated immediately while we waited

Great view of the bay. Good drinks and the fish tacos were really good. We went just after lunch and the wait was long but we walked right up to the bar which worked out great. Definitely give this place a shot if you're near Harbor island.
