Use to come here a lot for their sandwhiches coffees and egg rolls. I have always supported this family, and know Joe. Havent been here lately and wanted to grab quick sandwhich today 01/30/2025 @ 2:50pm. Whoever this new lady is. Had the nastiest attitude ever! Since I stopped eating pork for a couple years now. I asked if they had veggie eggrolls and they dont. Then I asked if there is pork in their meatball sandwhich And literally the lady said to me Everything has to have meat. Well no shit? couldn't even answer if it had pork in their meat balls. Extremely rude and bad for business. she didnt even listen to my question, and every response was in a rude tone. She didnt take the time out to listen to my question just assumed I was a vegetarian. This whole situation could have been avoided if she just took the time to care for a paying customer. in other words to who reviews this. THEY DONT CARE.

Expensive sandwiches served cold I guess restaurants want to serve cold tossed together crap so they can pay the bills and I understand that but I I don't like the cold sandwich thing it's not cool and I won't be back for a while. Thanks

Thủy had the nastiest attitude. I’ve been coming here for about 9 years and never left pissed off. She made me wait ten minutes at the drive through window with my newborn crying and then had the nerve to ask what I ordered. She literally chucked an ice coffee at me after I changed my mind for the size of coffee. Small is 4.31 and a Large is 8.62. Like I said I stated I’ve been coming here for 9 yrs plus and the smalls last year was 3.50 and Large 4.50, so yes I was caught off guard. I understand inflation and economic but that’s double the price of a small for 4oz more. I will be getting a small for now on but I’m scared of going on the day she works. I wish I had her schedule so I could dodge her. Honestly never seen her before til this year. She needs to go somewhere with that attitude. If she’s not the owner then hopefully he sees this. She’s gonna run his business to the ground with that energy

This place has the absolute best sandwiches! The baguettes are made fresh daily. Wife usually gets the number 9 which is the egg sandwich. I get the the veggies no meat or protein. Still delicious! And the lovely lady at the drive through ALWAYS makes sure I am satisfied!

Usually very good. Ordered a sandwich with extra mayo and added an egg. Went from 6.99 to 12 dollars. When I asked if the price was correct the lady reminded me of the egg and then mocked me. Guess what? No egg on my sandwich. Thanks

Food is good, but we got an attitude from a worker while we were ordering from the drive-thru. They need to hire more respectful and patient people. All we wanted was rice noodles with chicken instead of pork

The plain baguette good, but the owner (Thủy) needs to improve her customer service if she wants customers to return. She’s always rude to me at the drive thru and give me an attitude just because my card got declined . The plain baguette is good but I won't come back.

Whoever was at the drive-thru on 8/7 from 4:30pm - 5pm... your customer service skills need prayer. Food is great but horrible service = horrible atmosphere.
They just lost a customer!! I came to buy a smoothie and not only did the lady in the drive thru overcharged me but she did not fill up my cup. Literally 1/3 of my cup was empty. She did NOT CARE. and even said that she cut a customer to help me, ridiculous!! I don’t mind paying extra but fill up the cup !!!

Very disappointed overall had the worst experience….. The first time I was passive, but this time not only was embarrassing. It broke my heart. I’ve been coming to The store since I was a kid, I’ve never had inconveniences or discrepancies until this lady With the vision impairment Always discriminates against me and is very rude. Don’t think she likes me I bought white rice and egg rolls…. I’ve never been charged for soy sauce, napkins, fish sauce, or hot sauce or the forks…. She started yelling at me because I was speaking up…… By far the worst experience, I’ve had there you don’t treat the neighborhood customers like that….
